If I could give 0 stars I would. All they care about is making a sale and not about their customers once the sale is done. Basically I was lied to by the salesman or he didn’t care enough to get the correc making a sale and not about their customers once the sale is done. Basically I was lied to by the salesman or he didn’t care enough to get the correct information. I purchased a new truck about a month ago and was told that I have to register the vehicle my self and I would be paying a certain amount in tax. After reassuring that the tax would be what we discussed I signed the paper and took the truck the next day. A month later I went to go register the truck ( when I could get an appointment) and was forced to pay and extra $2850 out of my pocket to register the truck. The RIDMV told me they register cars there all the time and know the deal with truck trade ins according to Rhode Island Tax laws. I called back the salesmen and told him about this. He just said that this is why they don’t register cars in Rhode Island and I basically have to eat the remaining cost. He asked for a copy of the registration only to never get back to me. After 2 days of waiting I spoke to him again and he said sorry there’s nothing we can do. Meanwhile I spoke to another colleague of his and he said he’d look into it and get back to me (which he never did). Now I’m $2800 in the hole. I asked if they would split it and received no response. I am extreme unhappy and they don’t care because the deal was finalized. This won’t be the end of this and I’ll NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH QUIRK AGAIN!!!!! A message to Quirk Ford if you want to fix this you know where to contact me! I was happy with my purchase up until this happened. MAKE IT RIGHT! More
Great experience. Very professional staff, and a fantastic deal. I did most of my deal over the web. The only time I had to go into the dealership was to pick up my vehicle. fantastic deal. I went in to see a car I found on a search engine and walked the lot for about 20 mins before going inside to find someone who could help me. I began working with Chris and wasn't 100% certain about buying the truck that day, but Chris told me he would hold it for me if I called back, no deposit required. So, I called back 2 days later and asked that he hold the truck till Saturday morning when I could visit with my husband and he could see the truck. We showed up Saturday morning and waited around for a bit but ended up leaving a deposit on the truck. I asked to make sure they had the title and Chris assured me that they had it in house. He said he would email me the purchase and sales agreement by 4 that day, but he never did. So I called on Sunday to make sure he was going to email me the paperwork to sign so I could pick up my truck on Monday and he said that there was a bit of bad news. He said that there was another salesperson who sold the truck Thursday night and they were from out of state and were in possession of the trucks title. So, the long and short of this story is that my truck was sold to someone else after it was being held for me. Chris never seemed very concerned about the ordeal and said that he would email some other potential options for me to purchase, he never did. So disappointing to work with a sales person that has no follow though, not to mention how much he/they screwed up my entire experience at Quirk Ford. Barry the GSM didn't seem bothered or alarmed by this situation either. Nobody tried to correct the situation nor seemed to care. Guys, there are Ford dealers everywhere, too many red flags at Quirk to mention. Go elsewhere. More

I had an APPOINTMENT for my new F-150 that I bought form Quirk for 65K SCHEDULED for 10am. The service department called me looking for my business and scheduled this date and time, they called me the night Quirk for 65K SCHEDULED for 10am. The service department called me looking for my business and scheduled this date and time, they called me the night before to confirm my time - 10AM I showed up on time and checked in, I watched all of the cars that came in after me getting driven into the service department, mine did not move for 45 minutes, apparently my time is less important than others. I got in my vehicle and tossed out the numbered sticker on the floor and left. after 15 minutes I called to tell them how unhappy I was that someone could have driving off with my truck and they would not have know and how an appointment for 10 should mean 10. Lip service on how sorry they were. 45 minutes after Chris from service called to see if I left in my car, that is all he asked could care less about my disappointment, I told him that a 10 o'clock appointment should mean around 10 o'clock and he told that - 10 o'clock was my check in time and not my appointment time - I would rather he just apologize and said they overbook or where running late but when you hand me crap like the APPOINTMENT I scheduled was not an appointment but was merely a checkin in time I explained that in the real world appointment means appointment and if it was a check in time and that it had nothing to do with the time my vehicle would be seen then why even have "check in times" again no concern at all and steadfast that an appointment is not when your vehicle is due to be serviced is just when your vehicle is being "checked in" but then again every time I checked into a hotel and my room was not ready but they told me that right away - maybe instead of saying to me that I was "all set" when I checked in for my appointment.. I mean for my check in they should have said thank you for checking in we don't know when we will get your oil change done because it's only a check in - I should have checked in and left my number for them to call when it was closer to my appointment... I mean when it was closer to having my oil change being done after I checked in seeing how appointments are not appointments. Better yet, I think I will try someplace else but just confirm that their definition on appointment means a schedule event that something occurs on or in close proximity to that time... not just a check in and hope i don't have to spend the day wonder if my car is the next in line. It is easier to plan my days with appointments and not "check ins" I could have checked in form my house... come to think of it, didn't I check in the night before they called me to confirm my appointment (I know it's confusing because they used the word appointment) or where they just checking in to confirm that I will be checking in the next day. So impressed Thank you so much Bobby Wilhelm. Our experience with buying a used truck from you was a pleasure from start to finish. You were so easy to work with Thank you so much Bobby Wilhelm. Our experience with buying a used truck from you was a pleasure from start to finish. You were so easy to work with and I can't say enough about the quality of customer service. We had a problem with synching our phone with the vehicle and Quirk went above and beyond to get it squared away and took care of us in the process. Best car buying experience ever. I was totally stressed out about the termination of my lease this month. I had actually gone to a few dealerships this time to shop around. I ended up back at Quirk because they gave me the best deal by f lease this month. I had actually gone to a few dealerships this time to shop around. 2013 truck to old for service Need to say this if you need service or are looking to buy a new or used car don't go to Quirk Ford. my 2013 f250 super duty that i purchased new from Need to say this if you need service or are looking to buy a new or used car don't go to Quirk Ford. my 2013 f250 super duty that i purchased new from Quirk was just turned away as it has not been in for service in 4 years and it has over 100,000 miles. Service will now not work on anything over tens years old or if they have not been doing regular service on the vehicle. Quirk has gotten way to big for his own good, i will never give any one of his dealers a penny again. The only thing my truck has need over the 7 years has been normal maintenance items, breaks, oil/filter changes so now in a nut shell i am told go screw myself, Thank you Daniel J Quirk for a job dealing with the working class people. I I've recently begun looking to upgrade my F150 STX and contacted Quirk Ford. The initial response was very quick and the online pricing was o.k. I found the truck to purchase and then began the trade in value process which is when things went bad. I sent in my vehicle info and pictures to accurately price the truck in order to limit my time in the showroom due to COVID-19. The sent me a trade value of $23,500 so I kept looking at other dealers. I then received an email from the sales manager offering 120% of my trade value so I then asked my sales rep (texting) to put the deal together. The sales rep then replied that email I received wasn't accurate then said my trade was only $19,500. I forwarded the email from the sales manager then the sales manager sent my another email and said they made a mistake on my trade value and it was only 21,054. That's 3 different trade values from the same dealership. I told them this is very poor business practice and they should honor the original trade value @ 120% but they refused to. I would never sent any referrals to this dealership. This will be reported to the BBB and FTC. More
