38,000.00 for a new car and a half tank of gas My salesman Steve Taylor was great. My complaint is that after all the paperwork was signed and plates transferred I go to get into my new 38 thousand dollar vehicle and realize that I only have a half tank of gas. When I went in and pointed this out thinking it was just an oversight I was told times were tough and you get what you get in the tank when you buy it. Really? In my experience and everyone I've asked about this has said any new car they've ever bought has always had a full tank of gas. To me it just seems like a very penny pinching cheap new policy especially since the norm has always been to fill the tank and still is at most dealerships. This is definitely something that should be pointed out before all the paperwork is finalized. To have you realize this after you pretty much are past the point of no return is kind of dirty. This is the fourth car I've bought through the Quirk family and Every other time my tank was full. Sometimes these businesses don't realize that even the smallest things stick out in people's head and keep them coming back or turn them away the next time. This one stuck in my head and every time someone I know sees my new car and comments on it I've followed it up with the gas question. I still haven't had anyone answer they had a situation like mine after spending so much money. I guess loyalty gets you nothing anymore. More

Buying a new car can be a very stressful and confusing venture, but the sales associate, Michael Travers tirelessly helped us through it all. He was informative, patient, and professionally guided us through the process to aid in our selection of all the options available. They earned my business After shopping and researching through multiple dealerships that lasted around two months, I found a deal with these fine gentlemen. Always professional and pleasant, all while dealing with a very stubborn father breathing down their neck. Richard was fantastic to deal with and made things as easy as he could. Les worked out the final deal with some compromise being reach at the end. I truly believe that the deal made had them happy to make the deal, and me happy to accept the deal. Les is a very to the point kind of guy, and in the end, we both got what we all wanted.....another new truck sold and off their lot. Richard, Les, and Dan handled all the calls and paperwork, including registration, insurance, inspection, title change, and plate transfer. They left me with nothing to do but sing some papers. Then had a member of their staff go through all the features of the truck with me to help make me more comfortable and familiar with my new environment. Thank you for,what turned out to be, a seamless transition. I will continue to spread word of my positive experience at Quirk Ford. Thank you gentlemen! You did earn my business! More
