Great overall experience I was randomly matched up with Adam Johnstone. I'm usually pretty skeptical about car dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with him, I was randomly matched up with Adam Johnstone. I'm usually pretty skeptical about car dealerships, but I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with him, and Quirk Ford. Very professional, responsive, and attentive. Adam didn't try to BS me, and when I said, "Cut to the chase,' he got right down to the numbers. I ordered a specific car, with custom features, and he kept me posted on the progress and anticipated delivery times. He was also very helpful a full year later when I contacted him about maintenance questions. If you want to avoid all the nonsense and know what you're looking for, go here and ask for Adam. More

38,000.00 for a new car and a half tank of gas My salesman Steve Taylor was great. My complaint is that after all the paperwork was signed and plates transferred I go to get into my new 38 thousan My salesman Steve Taylor was great. My complaint is that after all the paperwork was signed and plates transferred I go to get into my new 38 thousand dollar vehicle and realize that I only have a half tank of gas. When I went in and pointed this out thinking it was just an oversight I was told times were tough and you get what you get in the tank when you buy it. Really? In my experience and everyone I've asked about this has said any new car they've ever bought has always had a full tank of gas. To me it just seems like a very penny pinching cheap new policy especially since the norm has always been to fill the tank and still is at most dealerships. This is definitely something that should be pointed out before all the paperwork is finalized. To have you realize this after you pretty much are past the point of no return is kind of dirty. This is the fourth car I've bought through the Quirk family and Every other time my tank was full. Sometimes these businesses don't realize that even the smallest things stick out in people's head and keep them coming back or turn them away the next time. This one stuck in my head and every time someone I know sees my new car and comments on it I've followed it up with the gas question. I still haven't had anyone answer they had a situation like mine after spending so much money. I guess loyalty gets you nothing anymore. More
