After emailing the dealership detailing my needs and wants, I received a response in under five minutes. I called the internet sales department and got a great price, never had to haggle over this which was a first. My sales person Robert "Bobby" Kulch was awesome, helped guide me along the way without ever pushing me in any direction. I had a strong idea as to what I wanted and he recognized that right away. Instead of trying to sell me on anything, he listened to what I was looking for, researched options, walked the lot with me to look at different options as far as color and features and he eventually found what I was looking for off-site. He was extremely personable and friendly, from the test drive all the way through waiting for paperwork and even lent his iPad to my daughter as we waited. Start to finish, I was there for less than two and half hours, and left very happy with my experience. Upon pickup of my vehicle, which could not be done same day because of title changes on my end, they quickly had a high school aged gentleman walk me through the features in the vehicle which was very helpful. During the day, Bobby was in contact with me to remind me to contact my insurance company and sent me a picture of my vehicle. A day after I brought the vehicle home, he checked in with me to see how it was going and if I had any questions. Nothing intrusive, just a quick text message checking in. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but had previously purchased a vehicle in 2001 and am very happy that I went back to Quirk. I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for a stress-free experience and Quirk for their overall professionalism. More

I was shopping for a new (safer) car to replace my 2007 Jeep Wr I had a great experience with Jeff Walsh -- some might even say he saved my life! I was shopping for a new (safer) car to replace my 2007 Jeep Wrangler 4 dr and Jeff hooked me up with an amazing deal on a fully-loaded 2014 Ford Expedition. I didn't realize what a great deal I had gotten until it was TOTALED the NEXT day after driving it off the lot. A tree fell on my windshield while I was doing 60 mph on Route 3 . . . and the police on the scene said I would have been decapitated had I been in my soft top Jeep! The Expedition saved my life. The fact that the insurance company set the replacement value at $6k MORE than what I paid tells me that not only did Jeff help save my life, he also saved my wallet.
