Chris Baron, sales professional and Nicholas Scarvalas, finance professional were efficient, professional and friendly. I am a woman and was doing this truck purchase on my own. I never had a moment of discomfort during the sales and financing process. I recently purchased a 2012 Honda CRV with Honda North……. Yes, they were nice but Quirk beats them hands down…….I experienced high pressure sales tactics from Honda to purchase extended warranties………On the other hand, Nick was superb in his explanation of extended warranties and there was not an instant of pressure. Nick even drew a diagram while explaining extended warranties. I would also like to mention, that my experience with Quirk did not begin yesterday when I purchased the truck. I had several phone calls with Quirk during the week leading up to the purchase. I spoke several times with Phil and TJ; both were always so polite and helpful on the phone. They were never pushy and they made me feel important. My experience with Quirk could not have been any better. Despite the fact that I live in Beverly which is ten minutes from Danvers Ford, I would drive to Quincy, an hour’s drive from my home, to do business with Quirk. Quirk Ford is a great car dealership……. Thank you! More

Recent Car Buying Experience I recently finished a deal where I traded my truck in for a Transit Connect van. My salesman, Shawn Cotton, was attentive at every point during the sa I recently finished a deal where I traded my truck in for a Transit Connect van. My salesman, Shawn Cotton, was attentive at every point during the sale and was able to locate my van through dealer swap so I could get all of the options I wanted. This was definitely preferable to ordering, which is an 8 month delivery time for these vehicles. As my truck was paid off and worth more than the vehicle I was trading for, there wasn't a lot of money for the dealership to make. In spite of that, Shawn worked very hard on getting me top dollar for my trade and a great price on my new vehicle. There were no games of "what's it worth?" that one usually expects at a dealership. It was a simple, respectable transaction that I felt was on the up and up at all times. I would recommend Shawn and Quirk Ford to anyone, excellent customer service throughout the process. More

My Explorer XLT Experience at Quirk Ford in Quincy The experience from the moment I contacted Quirk to the moment I drove off the lot in my new Ford Explorer was excellent and I only rate it excellent The experience from the moment I contacted Quirk to the moment I drove off the lot in my new Ford Explorer was excellent and I only rate it excellent because there is no higher level. After emailing the dealership detailing my needs and wants, I received a response in under five minutes. I called the internet sales department and got a great price, never had to haggle over this which was a first. My sales person Robert "Bobby" Kulch was awesome, helped guide me along the way without ever pushing me in any direction. I had a strong idea as to what I wanted and he recognized that right away. Instead of trying to sell me on anything, he listened to what I was looking for, researched options, walked the lot with me to look at different options as far as color and features and he eventually found what I was looking for off-site. He was extremely personable and friendly, from the test drive all the way through waiting for paperwork and even lent his iPad to my daughter as we waited. Start to finish, I was there for less than two and half hours, and left very happy with my experience. Upon pickup of my vehicle, which could not be done same day because of title changes on my end, they quickly had a high school aged gentleman walk me through the features in the vehicle which was very helpful. During the day, Bobby was in contact with me to remind me to contact my insurance company and sent me a picture of my vehicle. A day after I brought the vehicle home, he checked in with me to see how it was going and if I had any questions. Nothing intrusive, just a quick text message checking in. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but had previously purchased a vehicle in 2001 and am very happy that I went back to Quirk. I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for a stress-free experience and Quirk for their overall professionalism. More
