I am a Z plan member and was pleased to find that Tusani worked above and beyond to find me the best price for the Edge I purchased. I was also impressed that he did not try to sell me a more expensive model that I clearly did not need. Both Tusani and Antoine were up front and reasonable in the discussions we had about my trade vehicle, financing, and additional options for warranty. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Quirk to friends and family in the future. More

I called about the Mustang GT convertible I had seen on line and he made an appointment for that evening. I had only planned to look at the vehicle but ended up driving home in it. Antoine was very helpful with the financing and myriad of forms needed to complete the purchase. After purchasing the vehicle I had several questions and Shawn took care of those issues immediately. Another young man whose name I do not have, spent some time before I left and showed me the basics of the MyFord touch system. There is a very good video on youtube that I have watched and learned how to use the system better. I live a in Medfield so I did not get to the dealership until late in the evening but the three men mentioned above stayed after closing to complete the transaction and make sure I knew the basics of the vehicle. Certainly a quick and easy transaction. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Quirk, the first was a Chevy Blazer in 1995. After an unpleasant experience at Jack Madden Ford I decided to go back to Quirk even though it is quite a long distance from where I live. Not only do I love the vehicle but it seems almost everywhere I go someone stops and comments what a great car it is! More

On entering the facility, we were greeted by a young man who directed us to a sale We visited Quirk Ford for the first time on Saturday, Dec 27, 2014. On entering the facility, we were greeted by a young man who directed us to a salesperson. Immediately noticeable was his politeness, dress and appearance and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the business itself. Our initial opinion was that customer first impressions were important to the business. It was further noticeable that all sales employees were well-dressed and the young men who were supporting staff were well-groomed and neat. Courtesy and helpfulness of everyone was evident during our entire stay and on one later return visit to finalize paperwork. Definitely a positive image. We were introduced to our Sales Consultant, Mr. Robert Kulch. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable on the Ford products. He reviewed two models with us and we decided on the 2014 Ford Escape. Mr. Kulch fully explained each and every feature, trade-in, short term financing, provided test rides in multiple vehicles, and answered all our questions. He was extremely courteous and not overbearing, which provided a comfort level not experienced in competitor dealerships. Our visit extended over two hours during which involved many questions on our part and calmness, self-assurance and patience on Mr. Kulch's part. A true professional and credit to your agency. Mr. Antoine Jamison assisted with finance and warranty information and he was too very courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to take possession of the Escape on that day. Mr. Kulch worked with very closely with a young man, Technician Brendan Beal. Brendan worked with Mr. Kulch to prepare the vehicle for us, and spent an appreciable amount of time explaining all the electronic systems, technical features and benefits on the vehicle. It was easily recognized how they worked as a team. My wife commented on Brendan's politeness and knowledge of the vehicle systems. Overall, it was a productive and enjoyable visit. Quite evident that your business model and goals strive for customer service and that your staff are all onboard and supportive to achieve that image and service. E & S Del Reading, MA More
