When I went to pick up my car a young man (Bobby) helped to get me up to speed on all the bells and whistles of my new car. I got to see & hear the problem. No second thoughts, I asked them to repair the issues, which they did in a few hours. I got a leased for a few hours, which helped me finish errands. Chris Baron goes ABOVE AND BEYOND I purchased my Expedition about two weeks ago from Chris Baron. We drove a few different cars, but loved the Expedition. The sales part of the transaction went smooth and painless. Chris got the paperwork processed and we picked up the car a few days later. Two days after driving, the engine light went on. I spoke to Chris on a Sunday and he coordinated everything for the next day, first thing on Monday morning to have it looked at. When I arrived, he greeted me and drove down to the service dept. He organized a rental for me until they figured the issue out. In the meantime, he continuously kept me updated on what was happening. This is OUTSTANDING customer service. I have NEVER gotten a salesperson to step up and take charge of a situation like this in ANY car dealership I have dealt with. He went out of his way to satisfy the customer which shows integrity. I would definitely buy another vehicle from CHRIS BARON! More
