I love purchasing new vehicles, which seems to happen frequently. Specific to Quirk Ford in Quincy, I have been involved in many deals, weather for myself, or referring someone else. I have always worked with Dan Rivera, who tolerates my continuous need for change with vehicles, and somehow makes the numbers work. Tusani Parague was a new face to round out my team during my most recent deal, which was more of a necessity than past deals. Instead of playing the tough negotiation game with the common playbook of tactics, we talked about why I was there and how he could provide a solution. Tusani has a job, to sell cars, but by adding the elements of kindness and humor, Tusani allows buyers to feel the process is a comfortable conversation. I left Quirk Ford feeling a sense of relief and accomplishment. Thanks team! More
