We were impressed by his demeanor and willingness to bring vehicles inside for inspection, then driving back outside for the test drives. He also made certain we knew up-front which advertised rebates/discounts we qualified for rather than wait till the last moment to tell us. Also, none of the "you can have that vehicle for $X/month". We knew what the price totals were. Lastly, none of the "let me go see" on price dealings.(exception being value of trade in). He was a major reason in our decision to purchase from Quirk Jeep in Braintree. The operation was competent in handling title transfers, paperwork, and did not make us wait for these matters to be taken care of once they had completed the sale. All in all we felt treated with respect and regard for our time without being given the "i'm your best buddy ever" nonsense. A smooth and easy experience. More

Lied to get me to come in I made an appointment to test drive a hybrid minivan, making it clear that this was the only car I was interested in. They called me at least 15 times to set up and confirm the appointment, including the day of. Got there (a 45 minute drive each way) and they don't have any, said they are really hard to come by, just sold the last one yesterday. Bunch of liars. I will never waste my time at this place again. Don’t shop at this dealership till you read this! They lie a nd don’t care that they do. On Thursday April 13 2017, I was at the Marshfield Quirk dealership negotiating a deal. They were at 530 a month I wanted nd don’t care that they do. On Thursday April 13 2017, I was at the Marshfield Quirk dealership negotiating a deal. They were at 530 a month I wanted to be 500, so we were close but I was not going up any higher. So after having a good and transparent conversation with Scott the dealerships manager, I was heading up to the Braintree Quirk location to see if they could be any closer. At the Braintree Quirk I dealt with the manager Eric there. I told him where I was with their other location and that I just talked with Scott and he felt confident the deal was as good as I would see anywhere (and it is a good deal, but I wanted the 2% difference we were off to make a deal). Eric wanted to try to beat the number though and went to look at the numbers. This is where it gets sketchy. So he comes back and says he just got off the phone with Scott and he is now pulling the deal at 530 and if I want the car (keep in mind they share inventory so I’d literally be buying the same vehicle at either place) the deal would now be in the 580s. But here is the kicker Eric will do it for $5 less to put it into the 570s, but that is now $40 more a month than what I had for an offer about an hour earlier. So I was obviously offended that a person I had moments earlier had such a good conversation with would pull a deal just because I went to their other location. I was also weirded out because he knew I was going there and said nothing about pulling the deal to me personally. So after spending a few more minutes talking to Eric about how that offended me (with him apologizing several times) I left because the deal was high and not getting better. So I decided at that moment I was going to reach out to the head of the dealership group’s customer relations but wanted to hear from Scott why first. So I call and ask him why after such a good discussion earlier he was pulling the deal. Turns out he did in fact talk to Eric but never said any of the things Eric said, my deal is still available if I want it, and he has no idea why Eric said that. Now I’m angry instead of upset, because this slimy manager Eric instead of just telling me he can’t beat/match the deal I have, decided he would lie, make up a higher offer, and beat the inflated offer to screw me over and steal the business from Marshfield. Like xxx is wrong with people. So hopefully this is where it ends and it wasn’t all a ploy to get me to go back to Marshfield (because after all they are the same company). Either way DO NOT TRUST Quirk. I even reached out to the owner (I only got his assistant) which every day I call she reassures me he is in meetings till 3 and will contact me after… he still hasn’t. So to me, if you ignore this (as an owner) you clearly are in support of this behavior, and care nothing about customer experience. So again avoid this dealership and go elsewhere. You can get a great deal anywhere, so why go to a dealership that lies to you to get your business and clearly doesn’t care to apologize if they do mess up. More
CHRIS CHASE SALES MANAGER VERY DISRESPECTFUL THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !! CHRIS CHASE THE "MANGER" IS RUDE, IGNORANT & DISRESPECTFUL ! SHOULD HAVE WENT TO KELLY JEEP FROM THE STAR THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !! CHRIS CHASE THE "MANGER" IS RUDE, IGNORANT & DISRESPECTFUL ! SHOULD HAVE WENT TO KELLY JEEP FROM THE START! I went to the Quirk dealership in Braintree to buy a brand new jeep. The buying experience was not pleasant at all. After a few visits I found the car I liked and proceeded to finance the car. The finance area made huge mistake on their end and did not handle the situation well at all. I signed papers for the car I was buying for a price that was agreed on BUT come to realize they made a BIG mistake & tried to have me resign papers (without explaining anything to me) for a much much higher price due to their mistake. I asked for a manger and I got CHRIS CHASE! CHRIS CHASE was supposed to come over to help but he made things much worse. He came over with the worst attitude and was not helpful. He did not apologize at all for the big mistake and did not handle it well. He was very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful he pretty much called me stupid throwing papers around and yelling very loudly in my face! After he was done yelling in my face I informed him I would be leaving this review, he then took the papers out my hand and told he would not sell me the car if I was going to write a bad review.. That is no way to treat a female customer. I would not refer anyone to this place. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO QUIRK .. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO KELLY JEEP. More

Great for oil changes, terrible customer service I had purchased by Jeep Patriot from another dealer based on inventory, but if is convenient for me to take my car to Quirk for service. I have had a I had purchased by Jeep Patriot from another dealer based on inventory, but if is convenient for me to take my car to Quirk for service. I have had about 3 oil changes there since purchasing my car in 2013, with great results. However when I did encounter a problem last month, checking out what I believed to be a warranty issue; I was met with snarky and rude remarks. I am certainly not a car expert, however I do make sure to ask questions about the plan and pricing. I was not informed my issue would not be covered under warranty and a $120 fee would be charged to determine the issue until the next day after dropping my car off and speaking with staff. When I decided not to pursue the service at the dealership, based on the fee, the service manager there was extremely rude, to the point I left crying. I will never go back to a Quirk dealer and would not recommend them. Whether the issue can be resolved or not, there is not reason for management to be causing a bigger issue and making the customer feel worse. More
