Don't waste your time, this dealership has to be closed. She bought it, turns out this vehicle was a buyback/faulty engine they showed her a FAKE AUTOCHECK!! Now we're stuck between lawyers. My advice to Jeep customers, do your research this is not a real Jeep dealer, there is no way to get a good deal it's all a scam even if they give you the car for $1 don't take it, you'll witness more problems. I will make sure everyone I know is warned I don't want anyone to experience what we're going through. Disappointed. More

Disapointing car shopping experience After communicating with the dealership for about two weeks about a Jeep Compass Trailhawk that I was interested in purchasing,I finally found a time After communicating with the dealership for about two weeks about a Jeep Compass Trailhawk that I was interested in purchasing,I finally found a time that I could make it there and scheduled an appointment on July 4th for a test drive. After driving nearly two hours to test drive the car, I saw it parked out front and ready for my appointment. I was very excited when I saw it and knew it was the car that I wanted. When I checked in for my test drive I was told that the car had been sold while it was parked out front ready for my drive. I asked the dealer about getting another vehicle like the one that had just been sold because it was what I wanted to purchase, however he did not offer to help with that. Although the salesperson was pleasant he only seemed interested in selling me another model on the lot and was trying to talk me into a lease instead. Needless to say it was a waste of a trip and no deal was made. More

The guys in the shop all know about this. Quirk has no qualms selling these bum cars, and the guys at the shop have no trouble letting you know that you're screwed. Totally unethical business practices, let alone the attitudes of the guys in the shop. I will never buy a Jeep again, and I will tell as many people as I can about the low standards of Quirk. More
