Costly repair? I went in with a serious electrical problem and expected a costly repair. As it turned out, it was a bad auxiliary ground. Lemon vehicles, false ads, runs credit multiply 1. Two ads Cherokee & Wrangler are based on only the stock listed, which they DONT have. So you'll go in for the ad it will be a Bait & Switch to a ve 1. Two ads Cherokee & Wrangler are based on only the stock listed, which they DONT have. So you'll go in for the ad it will be a Bait & Switch to a vehicle $5000 higher (They did that to us both). 2. The 200+ Jeeps online is not update they NEVER had them according to our salesman ( he admitted it) it's for ad. 3. Three out 5 of the cars we asked for had damaged frames. The 2 other Jeeps were not damaged were "Lemons" unsafe from West Coast but still priced at MSRP! ( Admitted by The GM Eric Ao) after we told him we won't leave without seeing titles. 4. The building, parking location is ok but as customers this is all IRRELEVANT to us, Why should I pay more for the same vehicle everyone is selling cheaper AND with a clean title unlike Quirk. Should people pay more for your expenses and false advertising? 5. They treated us horribly, my husband is a humble man little did they know he's a lawyer :) he has found over 30 LAWSUITS againist Quirk in 2018 Alone!! Google search it as well. 6. I've bought 8 cars in the past, shop monthly but never wrote a review this time I really just want to save people's time and money. 7. Do not allow this Dealer to contact you, to run your credit, to tell you "must come in" it's just a bait and switch. Don't fail for the ads. More
Great Experience Went in for a lease, left with the exact make, model, trim, and color I was looking for. Alex is not like other salespeople, he wanted to know what he could do to get me in the car I wanted. From the moment I sat down, I got the sense he was someone I could with, not get worked over. I had concerns about affording the monthly payment so he went back to get me more money for my trade in to lower the overall money down. It felt very much like we were a team and took any pressure/anxiety out of situation. More

Overpriced lease, took advantage, no check recieved My wife and I ended up with a less then decent deal on a lease for a new vehicle at Quirk but it was the color she wanted so they took advantage of th My wife and I ended up with a less then decent deal on a lease for a new vehicle at Quirk but it was the color she wanted so they took advantage of that, and it came with some major headaches. You can find better, for sure. The entire negotiating process made us feel like we were swimming in a tank of sharks. They will completely run you over and take everything in your wallet if you're not careful. Plus, they've been very reluctant on holding up to promises made on their end. It took two phone calls just for them to reimburse a deposit made on my credit card. And we're still waiting for them to pay off and close out the loan on our old car three weeks later. On top of that, they still haven't even cut us a check for the remaining trade-in value on our old car. The salesman seem he didn't care not professional but it was the manager That really surprised us with his unprofessionalism. Definitely not a place I would recommend for anyone to go. Plenty of other dealerships in the area. More
Worst experience Two weeks ago went to purchase a car and the sales people seemed nice. We bought a Grand Cherokee Overland and were there for many hours. We were told they would put a new battery in car as it was sitting in the lot for awhile . So when we brought the car home the next day my son got stuck on highway because they never put a new battery they just gave the old one a boost. We had to call so they can put the right battery in car. Then there was a large bubble in tire and this was now a safety issue because this could cause a blow out . So again we call to address the issue and this continued to happened with the tires on car and the sensors were not working as well. The gentleman in the dealership who spoke to my son was disrespectful , demeaned him in front of everyone and the told him to take the car and leave the dealership in not such a nice manner. I had to file a complaint with corporate and the car is still at the dealership . I'm awaiting corporate to get back to me as to how to move forward. A very bad experience . I don't recommend this dealership to anyone they will say anything to sell u a car More

She always makes the experience convenient and efficient. She’s learned under the supervision and training of Service manager Mike Grisiola, the 4 th service manager since I’ve been coming here. He is the absolute best of all. Jen and Mike have solved any issue I’ve had with my wranglers with the tremendous mechanical capability of a mechanic, Alex. This is my 6th Wrangler since 1988 and I wouldn’t take my wrangler anywhere else for service, these 3 are an awesome team and Mr. Quirk should be proud of their work. More
Wrongfully treated for being a woman. As a young women being taken advantage by dealerships is always a fear. With the Internet today anyone can obtain the accurate knowledge on vehicles. Eric Ao lacks this fact it may be his own ignorance or bias againist women but I was never treated as badly in my life as I was here. I've been shopping for the past days for the best price, stores have gave me pricing etc I choose to go to Quirk after they constantly harassed me for my business " We will beat all offers, we're the largest" I fell for their lies & ads. The salespeople two of them, treated me as I had no idea what I was saying he was laughing when I showed him written deals from others as he was not trained to work a deal I waited for a small ego centric unprofessional GM to come, Eric Ao told me frankly the deals I recieved are not accurate although they were printed & signed!!! When I asked why he laughed ignorantly and couldn't answer then said " Your a girl dealers lie to you because you don't know much" I was appalled I was waiting for it to be joke but it wasn't he really just told me in different words WOMEN CANT BUY CARS FOR THE RIGHT PRICE BC WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING. He tried to sweet talk me & winked I almost puked then when that didn't help he start yelling!! " What price do you expect we sell cars we sell cars" he kept repeating himself in the most annoying childish tone. I contacted there " HR" which doesn't exist the email went to Eric Ao & a Zoey they threaten me to not make a complaint. Here I am as a WOMEN telling you they will ROB you if you go alone. Don't fall for thier ads, buildings, etc Quirk dealers is the old school dealers where they scam people, quirk is the only dealer like this still open that enough tells me it's shady. Not to mention the "ghetto" atmosphere there salespeople taking about female customers out loud!! The girls working there dressed to dance, Managers eating at the front they returned my license with dirty hand prints. I wasted 3 hours and left crying I felt harrssed for being a Women I'm sure my race wasn't to their liking either. I have never wrote a review for anything, I could not help myself from saving all ladies from this experience of potential financial ra*pe. More
