Disgraceful business practices My experience at Quirk Chrysler Jeep has been a nightmare. I leased a 2018 Jeep Compass and picked the car up on 10/12/18. Less than 2 hours and 40 My experience at Quirk Chrysler Jeep has been a nightmare. I leased a 2018 Jeep Compass and picked the car up on 10/12/18. Less than 2 hours and 40 miles later, the car had a serious mechanical failure which caused it to abruptly stop in traffic with no warning. Fortunately no one was killed. Since then, I've gotten nothing from the run around from senior management at Quirk Chrysler Jeep and from Chrysler. All agree that this could happen again and that the car is probably not safe to drive, but they won't let me out of my contract so I'm stuck paying for a car that could kill me or another passenger on the road next time it malfunctions. This dealership cares more about money than their customers' safety. Disgraceful. Please take your business elsewhere. More

Disgusting customer service, treated horribly. If I could, i would give this place a 0. I co-signed with my father for a Jeep Cherokee 10 months ago we bought it from Eric Ao I knew from the start If I could, i would give this place a 0. I co-signed with my father for a Jeep Cherokee 10 months ago we bought it from Eric Ao I knew from the start he was a sneaky unprofessional scam artist, however he took advantage of our situation. From the start the car was giving me problems. At first i thought just 1 trip to the service department would solve it all, but no. 7 months past and I was still going to the service department to attempt to fix it. I even asked top replace my car and management refused. To sum up the arguement they told me it's my problem so I deal with it, or I can buy a new car. After that situation, I took the jeep to a different dealership to get it checked out. First, they told me that the car didn't have any warranty (which I paid$3000 for). This dealership tried to stay with the money. After proving I paid for it, the warranty was enabled. Then the service department from there new dealership tells me the car is a ticking time bomb. The muffler, front axle, suspension, brake rotors, and steering needs to get replaced ASAP. They even said that it is a miracle I am still alive. All in all, don't waste your time here. There are better dealerships than this. Better dealerships that actually care about your investment and must importantly your life. Plus they sent me hundreds of spam emails some were viruses, they denied my visit when I wrote a review while I was there!!! Someone named Erin in Internet then Zoey QUIRK IS TRASHH More

No customer service I am sorry to have to put this as a review, but unfortunately the service, communication and overall atmosphere I experienced was at this level. I I am sorry to have to put this as a review, but unfortunately the service, communication and overall atmosphere I experienced was at this level. I cannot go through the entire chain of events due to the length, but the ball was dropped at every level and department at this dealership. My main concern is with the communication level, or lack there of, for the past month and how each given situation and phone call was handled. Please read this review and realize the amount of time, effort, and phone calls was far greater than what a customer should have do, in regards to having things handled in a timely manner or even at all(some still not completed). More
