This was the second time I have leased a Jeep from Quirk, and the second time that I worked with Charles Chou. Charles went above and beyond what I expected from any sales consultant. I was a little reluctant about going through the process of purchasing a new car because often times car sales reps are very pushy and only interested in earning their commissions. Phap Tran was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. He gave me time to process the information and consider my options. He was personable and efficient in meeting my requests. He got the paperwork done in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy it was in the dealership yesterday. He offered us food/water often while we waited. More

After going in for a test drive with Phap, he reviewed all the financing options in a very simple, straight forward way. I walked out of the dealership without any question that it was the right car at the right price. This was my 5th car purchase, certainly not my last and by far the best experience ever. I recently scheduled online appointment for a detail, an oil change, and to fix something in my car that was recalled. I chose the time of Saturday the 8th at 10 am and scheduled the appointment on the 3rd oil change, and to fix something in my car that was recalled. I chose the time of Saturday the 8th at 10 am and scheduled the appointment on the 3rd. I got a confirmation that everything was all set, however, it was a completely different story when I showed up on Saturday. I currently live 45 minutes away, but since I had good service the past few times I went there, I decided to keep going to Quirk. I showed up at a half hour early for my appointment and when I sat down with the woman to check in, she said that all I had scheduled that day was an oil change and the recall. I then said to her that it was confirmed that I was scheduled for a detail, oil change, and the recall. She went out back and checked with whomever and came back and said no one could take my car to get detailed and if someone were to take it today and it wouldn't get done. She said that we could schedule an appointment for it. That was strike one - why bother confirming an appointment and not bother to call and tell me that you cannot detail my car. Again, I scheduled this 6 days prior to my appointment. Annoyed, I said okay that's fine I'll just do the oil change and recall. I had mentioned that during my last visit no one fixed my check oil sensor even though I was told by the service department that it was fixed. To check this, I went 3,000 miles over and not once had my sensor come on. This started happening after my third oil change with Quirk. The woman said she would let them know and I gave her my keys and left as my boyfriend brought his car so I didn't have to sit and wait. I did also let her know to give me a call on my cell phone when it was all set. Two hours go by and I decided to go back to Quirk wondering what was taking so long. My car was still sitting in the same spot untouched. The woman told me that they haven't worked on it yet and that it will take another two hours. Strike two. I brought my car in at 9:30 am for a 10:00 appointment it is now 12 - you mean to tell me I have to wait another 2 hours because to me it looked like Quirk forgot about my car? If Quirk could not take my car, why bother confirming my appointment? How about a phone call to tell me that maintenance is running behind and ask if I would like to reschedule. Frustrated, I left again. Another two hours go by and I receive a phone call from a family member. Quirk called my family's house phone to ask if I wanted my wiper blades changed because they look worn out. Because this person was away from the phone, they then called back and said that my car was ready. The family member called me back to let me know this information. Strike 3. I told them to give me a call on my cell phone. Do I know if my oil sensor was fixed? No. There were two people at the service desk and not one ever bothered to let me know what happened with my car. I was so frustrated, I just paid for what was on the receipt and left. And no, no one ever bothered to follow up with me to reschedule my detail. More
This dealership experience was fantastic! They were everything a dealership should be but very seldom are. Very informative, polite and friendly.
