Unfortunately I have had to visit the service center multiple times. It was common for the employees to make fun of difficult customers once they leave and I was tempted to say something at one point. I multiple times. Sales could not be friendlier, but once an issue developed I was transferred repeatedly to the service center. It took multiple visits before anyone took our issue seriously. To their credit, Eric took ownership of our issue and was able put us in a new vehicle. My biggest complaint is that Service seems burnt out and it shows. The phone was always ringing and the four desks can't keep up with volume. I was on hold over 9 min the first call, looping in the queue. That experience was the high point. Once my issue escalated, Jim the manager was cordial and helpful but the same cannot be said of his staff with the exception of DJ who was stuck with our issue but stayed positive and appropriate. I am confident the dealership has the know how, but service is lacking in bedside manners. It's a total 180 from sales and is reflected in the prior review ratings. More

A friend and I went to this dealer after months of researching the new jeep cherokee in all trims in variations. I also researched all other small suvs in this class but no toyota, honda gmc, nissan, researching the new jeep cherokee in all trims in variations. Anyways I walked into the dealer late at night and Jason opened the door and greeted us kindly. He wasn't the normal pushy kind of salesmen that we ran into in raynham or the oblivious guy at jeep 24 or just completely ignore you like the jeep dealer of brigham- gills. We told Jason what exactly we were looking for: v6 engine 4x4 trailhawk trim or latitude trim with 8.4 inch screen in a granite metallic color with a black interior and electronic drivers seat. Jason pulled up a trailhawk with my exact specifications with a few added extras being : cold weather package and navigation system. We took the trailhawk for a test drive and not a short test drive either. We did both bumpy back roads and the expressway. It was excellent! Jason told us about the added features and the went in depth with all the different display options and there meanings and layout on both the steering wheel and touch screen console. I was honestly kind of surprised how much he knew and he was honest about the capability of the vehicle itself. He also informed me that the electronic seat was possible to get but would not be worth it in the end for me because I was looking for capability with a sleek aggressive vehicle. This was appreciated because other dealers tried to sell me the comfort convience package with all the added electronics which were just not necessary for me. After the test drive I was wowed to say the least. We then discussed a price which fairly negotiable. However I wasn't sure about the exterior condition of the vehicle so I said I would go back the following day to look at the vehicle in the daylight. Then with the ok of the manager they pulled it into the show room within seconds so I would feel comfortable continuing talking about a price. This was awesome because it was after hours at this point and I have never heard a dealer being that accommodating. After that and the good price for the v6 trailhawk with the cold weather package I was ready to purchase. However we had to discuss my trade in 2000 chevy blazer with over 172000 miles with some serious repair needs. We negotiated a good price for my junk trade in so I was happy in the end. On the day I picked up the vehicle jason threw in a tow rope the little extras from jeep, set up my cell phone to the car, full tank of gas full of washer fluid, went over the maintaince needs and times alsong with how to properly break the new engine in. I overall was amazed too because he gives his cell phone number to his clients so he can help them out. I actually called him a few times on his day off to ask more qualifying questions about the car and add ons and he got right back to me every time with exact answers with no "I don't knows" or maybes etc and no running around. He was very professional, knowledgeable and because of this great service I will be recommending Quirk and Jason to my friends and fellow jeep drivers. More

My family is growing and we have been searching for a larger car to accommodate all of our needs.
