They really care!!! I had family visiting from Canada and while they were here there Jeep broke down.. Talk about a worry!! we called our local dealer and was told they couldnt even alow us to tow the truck to there location for a week!! we called 3 diferent dealers and when Quirk said they would try and get us in we were so relieved, we had it towed in and got a call the next day and my Mom was up and running, I cant say enough to thank them so when they asked me to post a review I went to work.. I hope they see these because they deserve kudos from who ever is in charge..
