We recently moved back to Massachusetts and needed help registering this SUV, Charlie and also his manager Erick were most helpful in getting us through this process, Thank you very much for the great service! Insluting Used their tool online to value my 2003 Lexus with 117,00 miles for a trade in towards a lease. Got a price range of 4200-6100. Then I received an ema Used their tool online to value my 2003 Lexus with 117,00 miles for a trade in towards a lease. Got a price range of 4200-6100. Then I received an email from one of the sales people that said they felt comfortable with something within that price range. So I brought my car in towards a lease on a Jeep Compass that was advertised for 59 a month on their site. My car was looked at for a minute before I was told it was worth 59 dollars. That's right, I've never had anyone insult me more in my life. I had changed the tires on the car recently for 600, and the car is in good condition with no major work needed, no accident history, literally all service records available and you're telling me it's worth 59 dollars? The entire time I was also being pushed to lease towards a higher version of the Compass even though I made it clear at the start I was ONLY interested in the most basic model. The worst part was when I was waiting for the car to be valued, Alex, the sales rep., tried to get me to agree to a lease with cash down payment even though I made it fully clear to him in the beginning I was only interested in a trade in and if that wasn't possible I would leave. When he was presenting me the lease information he was basically trying to trick me into a lease by leaving out the fact that they were not interested in my car. He should have told me this at the beginning and I would have happily left. The 59 a month is also BS, it was more like 150 a month. Just a trick to get you in there, so they can try to convince you to lease for a higher price. Would never recommend coming here to anyone. More

Extremely persistent sales guys focused on the bottom line My girlfriend and I leased a jeep from this dealership in November. Our intent was to find out more information, not lease that day. We met with Al My girlfriend and I leased a jeep from this dealership in November. Our intent was to find out more information, not lease that day. We met with Alex Guia first (our sales rep) and then Alex introduced us to Sam El-Henawi (sales mananger) when we told Alex we would be back later in the week. Both were polite enough, but were focused 100% on making the sale and not us as customers. We told Sam that price was holding us back from leasing that day. He re-worked some numbers and lowered the monthly payment, but switched the lease from 36 to 60 months. Part of the agreement was to pay off the remaining 10 months for the Nissan lease. They assured us that if we threw $1000 down, our monthly payment would be X, with no surprises. The four of us went to inspect the Nissan Altima before signing as nobody wanted any surprises down the road. Besides normal wear and tear, there was no damage to the car. Sam and Alex assured us that we wouldn't expect a bill from Nissan as the car was in very good shape. Everything sounded great so we went ahead signed. A month later we get a bill from Nissan for $2300, which surprised us both. $700 or so was a disposition fee, which caught us off guard, but found out that's pretty standard. $1300 was for damages to the Nissan. Had we known we'd be paying $2300 more out of pocket in addition to the money down, I doubt we would have made the deal that day. My issues is that Alex and Sam weren't focused on us, they were focused on making the sale and held back info. They were overly persistent, weren't honest with us, and rushed us into making a decision we didn't have to make that day. We won't be going back to Quirk Jeep again. More
BUYER BEWARE !!!! THEY LIE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYHTHING HERE WITHOUT IT IN WRITING. I have owned several Jeeps, but I wanted to lease this time around. I never bought from Quirk be DO NOT PURCHASE ANYHTHING HERE WITHOUT IT IN WRITING. I have owned several Jeeps, but I wanted to lease this time around. I never bought from Quirk before because they were always so pushy. I should have stuck to my instincts and went elsewhere. After feeling ignored and not listened to by the sales manager, (who 4 TIMES after being corrected about my name, still continued to speak the wrong name and directly to my boyfriend instead of me who was purchasing the car.) I went through the entire leasing process with the salesman. I had done my research and the lease was meeting my needs. However, several car dealerships deal with taxes, specifically excise tax, differently. For example, certain Ford dealerships and cars have that tax included. So I went through all the numbers with the salesperson and he told me that the excise tax would be based on the amount you are leasing on the car as opposed t the entire regular purchase amount (so for easy math if your lease was $350/month that would be $4200/yr 3 yr lease so your tax would be based on $12600). This made sense to me since by leasing you never truly own the car. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THIS QUESTION because I always owned Jeeps in the past and paying that much in taxes would increase the equity toward ownership compared to leasing and still paying the same tax amount. So why would anyone lease? Its like paying another 3 payment per year. We went through the numbers and I was satisfied with the result. BUT lo and behold I get a bill for the FULL amount of the vehicle approx. $42,000. I called and emailed the salesperson to discuss the SPECIFIC information we had discussed and the answer I got was---"you are responsible because of the fine print" HE FLAT OUT LIED TO SELL A CAR I am in the middle of dealing with this OUTRIGHT LIE with the Office of the President of Chrysler. DO NOT BUY HERE-- THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO AGREE TO BUY!! More
bad sevice I wanted information on a vehicle and all I got was pressure from the sales associate to lease a vehicle. I'm not even sure I want to lease or if I ju I wanted information on a vehicle and all I got was pressure from the sales associate to lease a vehicle. I'm not even sure I want to lease or if I just want to buy but he PUSHED it on me! He was so determined to get me to drive a away that day in the vehicle it was disgusting. I'm not the type to jump into a big decision without thinking it over. I would have liked to just ask question and see what the dealership had to offer and not just be conned into buying something. When I said I wasn't going to buy that day he wouldn't even show me the vehicle! Do not go here if you want a nice experience buying a car. More
