Great service I mangled my rear fender which I thought for sure would require a new one. He gave me both options of replacement or repair, (repair would have been I mangled my rear fender which I thought for sure would require a new one. He gave me both options of replacement or repair, (repair would have been 1/10th the cost). I went with a repair. They re-attached, then went the extra distance, no charge, by doing some cosmetic work. End result, it looks like was never mangled. When the time comes to re-up on my jeep, I will be going there. good experience. More

We arrived at the dealership and Mike took us out to the lot and educated us on all the Jeep makes and models and their features and benefits. He is extremely knowledgeable. Quirk has a huge selection of Jeeps to choose from! After deciding on the Jeep Wrangled Sport Unlimited we took it out for a test drive. Mike filled us in on everything about the Wrangler.. inside and out. We returned to the dealership for the dreaded car dealer price negotiations... .surprise...surprise...None of the typical car dealer pricing bs... Starting sky high and then wasting everyone's time. We came to an agreed upon price in a very short time. So refreshing! Mike wanted to make sure our new car was completely cleaned so we picked it up the next morning. Shiney and bright, we drove away with big smiles. Mike let us know that after we removed the hard top we needed to came back to see him to get the insiders tips for installing the soft top for the first time. We went back to see him and he and my husband installed the soft top together. Lots of helpful tips! Service after the sale! It was a pleasure dealing with Mike Trent and the people at Quirk. They really are a business that understands how to treat customers. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you! P.S. We love our new Jeep! More

Bought a used Dodge 1500 exemplary service from the salesman to the sales and finance were very helpful all things considered. If I could give 6* I would. I was assured that this was not a problem and that I could take care of the down payment when I came back to the dealer on the 13th. All this taking place as the dealership was closing. They made sure that I could drive home in the truck i had just bought. More
