Great purchase I had an excellent experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Thomas Cintron. I had initially contacted Eric Ao over the internet regardi I had an excellent experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Thomas Cintron. I had initially contacted Eric Ao over the internet regarding a lease deal I had seen advertised online. I had a great email exchange with Eric, and despite being an hour away, I decided to visit the dealership. I spoke to Eric and set me up with Tom and we were able to easily navigate my needs and expectations, and with the sales manager Sam's help, we were able to put together a great deal. I had such a great time with the friendly staff, two weeks later I joined my friend as he purchased his first brand new Jeep Wrangler, and I can tell you, he's quite happy with his new car. I would, and will continue to refer friends to Quirk Jeep and again can't express how relaxed and friendly the sales and management staff were, especially Tom Cintron. He mentioned that he was new to sales, but seemed like he had a great handle of asking the correct questions and answering all inquiries. Thanks again, Justin T (Lynn) More
Thought we give them a try since they were new to the area and a much larger dealer than our regular Dodge dealership on the Cape. Overall the sales person did not seem to be too experienced. The initial deal they offered was almost $100 more per month than the other dealer had come up with. After a few times of back and forth they eventually had the numbers close to the other dealer but not the same. (They even tried to say that the quote we had couldn't have been for the same optioned vehicle even though it was the identical color and options). Finally we were going to go with them since they were a much closer dealership even though the numbers were not exactly but the finance guys kept putting us off for almost an hour. (And its not that there was any credit issues our numbers were as the salesperson put it"bulletproof"). Well we finally decided that they must really not want our business so we left. I can't see Quirk lasting too long in this area unless they improve their staff. The sales staff didn't even try to follow up or pursue the sale. More
I had several encounters with this dealership over a three month period while I was attempting to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger SXT. It was advertised as a holdover for $21,998. During my first conversa three month period while I was attempting to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger SXT. It was advertised as a holdover for $21,998. During my first conversation, the dealer attempted to convince me the vehicle was $32k. During each of the following conversations, the price changed; but was never actually offered for the $21,998 advertised price. The dealer would not negotiate unless I first went to the dealership and took a test drive. This was inconvenient sine I was travelling more than 50 miles and already knew what vehicle I wanted and what terms I could agree to. When I visited the dealership and financing of the car was discussed, I was told that the interest rate "would not be reasonable" despite above average credit. The dealer and sales manager were both disinterested and at times outright rude. It was apparent that they had no interest in selling the vehicle. I have been a customer of Quirk Motor group for over a decade; I have purchased my last four family vehicles from one of their dealerships. I will however not return or recommend anyone do business with them ever again. More
Mike Trent was super -- a great representative of the dealership. We arrived with a pre-approval from our bank and were ready to go to negotiate. It wasn't necessary. We worked with Mike and it was all customer focused. They had a great selection on the lot, but we wanted some extras, so we ordered our new jeep and it arrived 2 weeks early. The day before we picked it up, we called parts and asked if they had a 6 items in stock. They checked and they did, I then asked can you put them on the jeep today, the reply was “I don’t see why not”. They transferred me to service and service said no problem. From the salesman to parts to the service center -- just a great overall experience. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and this by far was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. It all started with Mike – Great Job Mike!! More

Rick was extremely helpful in guiding me through the sales process and in making sure I got the information I needed and arranging for me to look at vehicles and test drive them. The rest of the sales staff were also great and explained different warranty options without trying to upsell or convince me to purchase them. I said I wasn't interested and they respected that. I really felt like they were more interested in me as a customer than as a wallet to be emptied. Definitely recommend paying them a visit! More
