These guys are the worst dealership for service that I’ve ever dealt with! I have a 2 year old truck I bought from them with transmission problems and an extended warranty. They had my truck for a week diagn ever dealt with! I have a 2 year old truck I bought from them with transmission problems and an extended warranty. They had my truck for a week diagnosing it and still didn’t know what was wrong. I had to call them to find out what was happening as they have NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! They told it will need more diagnostics and that I would be responsible for the payment If the “extended warranty won’t cover it”. How does a professional dealership take a week and not find out what’s wrong? And then need more time just to hand me a large diagnostic bill? This is the last time I deal with Jack Quirk and his goons! This wasn’t the only time I’ve had issues with their service!! Buyer BEWARE!! They will screw you after they sell you the vehicle and then not want to make good on it! After I called them out on having my truck too long and not knowing what’s wrong, they told me to come get my truck and they were done working on it.. Great customer service Quirk!! A total joke of a service department and dealership!! More

Liar's and thieves We have done business with the Quirks for over 35 years. But Carl Spencer and I will never step foot in an establishment owned by them again. We had We have done business with the Quirks for over 35 years. But Carl Spencer and I will never step foot in an establishment owned by them again. We had our 2015 Dually towed from NY and had them put a brand new diesel motor in it because we trusted them to do it right. They even called and said if we didn't put new injectors and turbo it wouldn't have a warranty. At this point we said we want all new parts put on this new motor nothing used that could void the warranty. Stood out back when we picked up the truck and Carl shook hands with Jack Quirk himself saying if anything happens you need to get it back here and we'll fix it that it's got a 100,000 mile warranty it's all brand new. Well Carl broke down in Ohio at 87,000 miles and about $5,000 later we found out they put the old injector pump on the new motor. The pump had 422,000 miles on it. So now Jack wants us to pay another $5,000 for labor and buy a new injector pump. Which should have already been in there. The motor started at 13,000 cost another $4,000 for new parts and we had no problem spending the extra for a complete new motor with new parts. Jack's response was we put used parts in these jobs all the time it's not covered. So people beware and make sure you don't pay for things that should be covered under warranty. I took my Dodge a while before this to their Dodge dealer who I bought the truck from and it needed a noc sensor they tried to charge me over $300 for that part and come to find out it was covered by warranty. because the Florida dealer changed it twice afterwards for the same part and never charged me a dime and gave me a loaner for a week a brand new truck.so I wouldn't trust any of the Quirks as far as I could throw them now. Had to contact GM directly for help because they are an independent dealership they can't make them do the right thing. The truck is at another dealership and GM is working to assist getting this truck back up and running. More

He showed us two trucks that fit our description, brought them out and had us test drive them. We chose one, asked for a trailer break to be installed and said we would pick it up when that was done. Picked it up a week later, Judah went over all the features with us and helped us with onstar and setting up our phones. The truck was full of fuel and washed. After less than an hour we were on our way. Great service and all our questions were answered. More
Left scratches all along the side of my truck I brought my truck in for an alignment which took 2 hours. They did a good job with the alignment but when I brought it home there were multiple deep scratches as well as a scratch down the entire driver side. More

Asked them to make sure headlights were at right angle..didn't know what that meant .asked me if I wanted them raised or lowered. STRIKE 2 $30. Did a diagnosis of engine light coming on said I needed a thermostat $150 ...this is free at AutoZone. Wanted $500 to put a $50 thermostat in. STRIKE 3. Out $150 for choosing QUIRK BANGOR. Would not recommend them to anyone. CROOKS More
