Time to go electric I knew what I wanted and my online searches at the usual sites (cars.com, truecar, etc.) yielded ho-hum prices until I found Quirk's web site. I was pleasantly surprised that the as-shown price is real. I took care of some basic preliminaries on the phone with Michelle, a very pleasant young lady. I made an appointment to meet that evening at the Quirk Chevy dealership in Braintree. I'm from Central Mass and had a 60 mile/90 minute drive via RT128 traffic to get there. I survived that part. :) Wissam greeted me and brought out Sean to work with me. Along the way, I was offered a beverage and I accepted a bottle of water. Sean confirmed the car I wanted and very quickly confirmed its availability (on a truck) and that I was eligible for the discount highlighted on the web site. I also had my current car as a trade. Sean and Wissam excused themselves and checked out the car thoroughly and came back in about 15 minutes. It may have been a few minutes longer, but I was entertained by the many shiny cars in the warehouse sized show room. They drafted a proposal for a sales contract and it looked fine to me. They gave me a low offer for my car (from the lower end of the scale I had found through the black book query on Chevy's web site) but it was a fair appraised value for my car and considering the huge Quirk discount and Chevy rebate, I was not unhappy with their offer. It turned out that Wissam was the sales manager in that transaction. I thought he was just a regular guy. Both he and Sean were great to work with and I did not feel any pressure the entire time. I have a feeling Sean worked diligently to get me every possible discount and rebate. It may have even been slightly higher that what I saw on the web site. :) Sean was also very well versed in the intricacies of tax incentives and Massachusetts EV rebates. Any question I had related to the car was answered to my satisfaction. Though I probably will not be taking this car (Bolt EV) the great distance back to Braintree for routine servicing, there is also no pressing need to, and it is not because I would not trust Quirk Chevy to do the work if needed. The required maintenance schedule is very simple with tire rotations, cabin filter changes, and some coolant changes at 150k miles. Cost of ownership of this car will be a refreshing change after having driven a lifetime of gasoline engined vehicles. I would definitely consider Quirk Chevrolet for future purchases. p.s. I was saddened to see the one star review from a potential customer back in February. All customers and especially veterans deserve better appreciation and care. I hope things worked out for him and that his treatment was not indicative of Quirk's normal mode of business. More

Driving up to Braintree from the cape and bypassing several chevrolet dealerships along the way, I can honestly say it was well worth the trip.. From the moment I was greeted by Justin Spellman to the time I took delivery on my 2015 chevy Silverado I could not be any happier. Justin made the entire truck buying process enjoyable and pain free! He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and dedicated professional. Furthermore, he was totally open and honest regarding my purchasing options, and strived to get me into a vehicle within my price range. In conclusion, it's my opinion that Justin Spellman is a great asset to the Quirk Chevrolet family, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Atef went above and beyond in assisting me. He had the service department remove my trailer bar/ball so that I could take it with me. He provided me with paper mats for covering the seats to put my old "junk" on. He was thorough in explaining the services that OnStar provides as well as linking my phone. When I questioned the higher price that he had shown me than the one that I had seen on the website, he showed me why there was a difference. The one that I had seen on the website did not have the towing package that I required. He really did his homework and addressed all of my concerns, including presenting me with all of the figures for purchasing as opposed to leasing. I was completely satisfied with the Quirk experience. More

Horrible experience I went to Quirk Chevy today for the Presidents Day sale going on right now and had the worst experience i've ever had at a dealership. DO NOT deal ATEF, he did not care about his client at all, spoke with me for all of ten minutes, didn't care to get to know me or my situation and what my needs are for a vehicle, he only cared about how much money i had to put down. He did not want to give me any of the discounts that Quirk Chevy is giving on the cars, he wanted to charge me the MSRP value of the car. I am a disabled Veteran and when i asked about the military discount he said i couldn't get it. He left me for an hour and fifteen minutes to talk to finance, never once coming back to check in on me and let me know how the process is going. He never once sat down and broke down the prices and discounts and informed me of what the total price would be that we were going to try and finance. Just asked how much i had as a down payment and left. After all that time he comes back just to say that i can't get approved and that he would call me if he was able to get approval, in other words pushing me out of the door, instead of trying to see if i would be interested in a more basic model or even to downgrade to a different model all together that would be more affordable to see if i would be approved.I drove an hour to get there and was there for a total of 2 hours and spoke to a salesperson for all of 10 minutes. thats absurd. More

STAY AWAY . This isn't the first time this has happened to me at Quirk Chevrolet. Fool me twice shame on me. I called this morning to check on a vehicle they . David in the internet sales department said it was available and there wasn't a sale pending. So I did the hour drive down there. As soon as I got there they knew exactly what truck I was there for. Within 20 minutes someone (not David) came to inform me that the truck was actually pending a sale. This seems like the bait and switch to get me in there. This completely wasted my day. They are incredibly unprofessional and unethical. Again this is the SECOND time this has happened to me from the people at Quirk. Do yourself a favor and stay away. More
