After the visit, Benjamin researched information that could have been the potential problem and e-mailed it to me for my reference. I find he went beyond what he needed to do to help the customer. I called ahead of time to verify the price and when I arrived, the price was not as I was told. I was told I would receive money for a trade, which I did not even though I traded a vehicle. I was told I had to purchase the vehicle that day or the price would go up. The salesman was not pleasant and wrong on many items from warranty to financing and would often walk away and draw out the selling process. I was not offered any sort of service warranty. I signed the paperwork and had to return to pick up the vehicle at which point the salesman tried telling me I was not allowed to take the vehicle I already signed a contract for until I showed proof of employment for a discount. The entire process was terrible and I have not received any type of follow up from the dealership after the purchase. I have never been treated that way I was here from a place I am trying to give my business too. The sales manager was even worse and should be in his position if he wants to “threaten taking away a deal” to a customer. More

Not a good experience! Was recently looking for a new truck, I had purchased one there only 3 years ago and I wanted to upgrade. I found one on the website that had a great retail price after discounts. I submitted a value your trade process which came back with a very high number, so of course I was very interested. Next step take a ride to the dealership. The place was very busy for a Monday morning. I ask the salesperson about the specific truck, yes it is available so they bring it up for me to evaluate, I end up giving them my keys so they can examine my truck. Now the numbers, the price of the new truck is no where the advertised price, even didn't match what the internet sales person said the price would be, then the trade value was approx. 57% less than the "value your trade" system quoted me. Let me say my truck is in VERY good condition. I did think the quoted price was high and expected the trade value to be a bit lower but not by 57%. This is absolutely a BAIT and SWITCH type of operation. They did end up offering a few more thousand for my trade before we left, but I walked away. I could not believe how bad this was. I will never go back there again. Oh and another thing, I hate the way they take your keys for the trade appraisal and keep them up at the front desk so you can't leave. A real trap process. I will say I did buy a new truck a week later at a dealership in VT, my trade value was right where I expected it to be and it was done over the phone with only pictures, the easiest purchase I ever made in my life. So good that I decided to email them before heading there to confirm that it wasn't some kind of error. Their internet sales department assured me that I would qualify so of course I rushed right down being 100% ready to sign. How great I thought, a car dealership that is finally catering to today's consumer and making the process as easy as possible by quoting online! Well I drove the hour plus, checked in at their desk and was passed off to a salesman. I got quoted thousands more than I had been told via email and told that that price was impossible. I just don't get it, how can a business run like that this day in age? Way too many informed consumers and people ready to report incidents like this online. More

The Customer is Always Wrong at Quirk Chevrolet! First of all don't expect to get he prices advertised on their website! Clearly a bait and switch. Then they add back in the factory discounts on the sticker when negotiating! The WORST buying experience I have ever had after catching the salesperson in several lies I wanted my deposit back, which I didn't get. I was told that rebates on a new vehicle couldn't be combined. I was also told that the GM educator discount couldn't be combined with rebates. A call to General Motors discovered these statements to be false. Speaking to the sales manager was also a waste of time who could care less about the fraud perpetuated by his salesperson. In addition, if you live in RI don't expect them to register your new vehicle either. I was told I would have to make 2 trips. One to close the deal and sign all the paperwork, then travel down to the RI registry, then return with the paperwork and my trade. So much for customer service! The sales manger was no help either and even exacerbated the entire situation. They have a high rating with the Better Business Bureau but upon further examination there are dozens of complaints that were later settled. Settling a complaint does not effect their rating. Disturbing that so many people had go as far as filing a complaint to do get it resolved. I have since filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office of Massachusetts as my first stop. Next stop a BBB complaint followed by an extensive letter to GM! I have also discovered if a customer posts 5-star ratings on these sites they get FREE all-weather mats. Talk about rigging the system! More

I care in today in my appt. to test drive and buy, come to find out this guy was fired and out of 8 managers no one knew this.. also I call brain lindor associate could do nothing but what was originally in email for to help me buy a car, which was 3500 more, then Maher asst sam bassil would not help me and told me nothing he could do , after wasting my time w a employee who was fired two days ago, then James thorp had me wait on hold for 10 Min and told me he doesn’t have time to talk to me bc if a unexpected meeting. These people lie and hurt others. They wasted my time, let me give info to someone who didn’t even work there and test drive a car w him. Anything could of happened to me. And they looked at me and didn’t care. For my trouble they will take $500 off which isn’t good business practices and could have had 4 sales but now they have none. I will be wronging a review on every site. More

He slammed a chair into the table we were seated at and said he had more important things to do and did not have time for people like us and that we only wanted a handout. He then walked away and when I asked him for his supervisor's number he said, "I am the boss." I don't answer to anyone. It's unfortunate because there were other sales staff and customers there. The sales staff and service staff have been always been wonderful to us- However this "GM" was a rude and condescending jerk and we will never go there for sales or service again. We recommend anyone who values customer service to find another company and avoid Quirk. More
