Not What Is Advertised. This review is only based on this most recent visit. Not previous ones. I have a current Chevy Equinox lease and received a letter from the sales mana This review is only based on this most recent visit. Not previous ones. I have a current Chevy Equinox lease and received a letter from the sales manager advising that I may be able to lower my payments with a new lease. I called to confirm it doesn’t mean an additional lease and was told it does not. After arriving at the dealership I was introduced to Atef to assist me further. One of the first things he asked me was if I was going to pay out the remainder of my lease before getting another one. I told him that I don’t believe I would have to as this was not mentioned prior to coming in or in the letter. He said he would confirm that later. I then informed him that I was interested in the Traverse and proceeded to show him the lease as advertised on their website. The lease showed the option for money down or trade. He then told me that they don’t do cash down for any lease and that I needed to trade in a vehicle. I am sure he said this knowing that I only had a lease and couldn’t trade-in and didn’t want me to get the Traverse on the advertised price. When I asked why I can’t get the price advertised he told me that the site does not give correct information, only the sales people have the right information. He then told me that since I have an Equinox, I would only be able to get a lower price than what I currently pay per month if I got another Equinox. Even though their own site advertises a Traverse with a lower monthly payment then what I currently pay. After a bit of back and forth with him over this he said he will get a manager. I waited about 5 minutes while watching him talk to another colleague. With no apparent manager visit I informed him that I was leaving and he said “okay”. I can only hope when my lease is up I get better service, and that they can honor what is listed on their own website. More

Good deal! I had been window shopping for Chevy Colorados for months now and was finally ready to lease one. Initially I wanted the Midnight Edition as I was quo I had been window shopping for Chevy Colorados for months now and was finally ready to lease one. Initially I wanted the Midnight Edition as I was quoted a very reasonable price in email, but the caveat to that, I'm told is that they quote you on A1 credit. So unless you have that, be prepared foe very different numbers at the dealership. All in all I got a good deal. My goal was so get lower payments, so I had to go down a trim for the truck and pay a bit more upfront. We worked with Atef, and he got us what we needed. Thanks! More
