Poor Customer Service I had a horrible experience while looking to lease a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. The sales rep was very rude and made it seem like I was wasting his time the entire time. We were working on negotiating a price but instead of caring about my needs he seemed more inclined on making the sale in order to get his commission. We took a test drive and he did not even try to sell me on the car or any of its features, instead he sat in the back and was relatively silent besides when he would give directions of where to go. Right off the bat he was very rude to us and was more determined on getting making the deal work for him rather than having it work for both sides. More

I went back on 08/04/2018 to get a cover for the back of my truck (after my first review, they contact me and said they could put a cover for free) which I though it was great (Finally!) When I arrived I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes for them to tell me that the only way to get this done for me I had to change my review. I had to delete my original review and put more stars and after that they were able to put my cover. Also just a few days ago I got a call from my insurance company to tell me they had an issue with my car insurance because they wrote incorrectly the information at the registry. Incompetent should be the correct word to all of this, also to make the costumers to lie with their reviews is very unfair to the people who rely on them like me. That's why I'm taking this time to write what exactly happened at this location. Hopefully it won't happen to others or choose better and go to a different location. Original Review: 08/01/2018 I walked in and they were very friendly and it felt good. 2 days after, Monday July 1, 2018 to be exact; I went with my final decision and afterward when I got home I felt like I made the worst decision ever, and the day after I got more upset!. Reason #1: I got there at 5pm and left 5 hours later...5 hours later!! Reason#2: I almost got the wrong car! When I was signing the contract I realized I was getting a complete different car that I wanted and the name of my company was spelled wrong. Reason#3: The man (Brenden Smith) started to give me attitude for his mistake!. Reason#4: I had to go back the next day to get my car but they needed a legal paper. I struggled the whole day to get them this paper, and when I has heading to Braintree, I called (Brenden Smith) and he said to me they couldn't do anything that day because whoever is responsible to file those papers were closed and that I had to go back tomorrow again; I think a phone call would've help a lot to let me know! Do I need more reasons to be upset?! This is car that I'm buying and is not the first time buying one. The general manage needs to do a follow up on this. More

Beware Deceptive Advertising saw a 2018 Silverado 1500 4-door truck advertised on-line as list price $41,600 with $14,000 discounts. Sale price $27,600. Went to Quirk, took a test drive, only to find out I did not "qualify" for all the discounts, so my price would be $34,400. When I questioned the sales manager he explained that the "fine print" on-line stated something like "sale price reflects 'all avaiable rebates and not all customers will qualify'" They then proceeded to try to get me into a lease on a $50,000 truck because he had "more promotional money" to apply... I left without a truck. More

Service center sucks I needed a new tire for my Chevy Trax and they told to come down and it will get done in no time because it was a slow day. I dropped off the car and I needed a new tire for my Chevy Trax and they told to come down and it will get done in no time because it was a slow day. I dropped off the car and went to do a few errands while the replaced the tire. I came back over 2 hours later and they hadn't even touched my car. After questioning what was taking so long they immediately moved my car to a different bay where it sat for another hour without being touched. After over 3 hours they finally replaced the tire and that took them only 15 minutes to do. I will never purchase or have my car serviced by Quirk again. More
