John Coelho, who handled the rest of the sale was very up-front and open about the whole process and there were no shenanigans. I kept expecting to see some extra fees or something hidden in the final paperwork, but there were none. The final price was the one that we'd originally agreed on. Jeff and John were straight shooters and very professional, and as far as I'm concerned, those are the most important things to look for at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend them. More
