I traded in my 2015 Jetta diesel for a 2017 Silverado. upon purchase I was given no paper work not by email, not a hard paper copy. I was told my Jetta would be paid off you wont get another bill, so far I've had to make 2 payments on my Jetta that I don't own, and 2 payments on my truck I do own. its very difficult to live making 2 car payments you cant afford all because they can not do paper work. no one has attempted to reach out yet. Bottom line is they lie. They give you a price to go in and buy the truck but when you get there the price changes dramatically. This would have been my second purchase from them but there’s all new people now and they are vary shady. I’ve always been a Chevy guy but after experiencing that place I left and drove straight to the Ram dealership where they didn’t use fuzzy math and were friendly and helpful. Test drove the Ram and it beat the crap out of my Chevy so now I’m a proud new owner of a Ram truck. I’ll never go back to Chevy More

They blamed the Drive Green website for posting outdated price. They also gave me a trade-in that's much lower than what other dealers had given me. The sales manager, Wissam Bassil, was extremely rude and condescending. I walked out and bought the car in another dealership for much closer to the price they originally promised and got $2000 more on my trade-in. More

I had checked and this is a tier one lease score. I agreed to buy the truck they ran my credit twice drove it down to 690. I then got call and they said my credit was nt good enough so they raise the lease to $234 for 27 months . I turned down offer and got email back that they bumped up the ratng a half point and it would be $199for 27 months. I doubt that even with a 900 credit score they would honor the deal. In any event I will forward this situation to Mass Attorney General to see if anyone does. I hear Maura Healey is very inept in her duties. More
Just bought a new Silverado today from Quirk Chevy and it went as smoothly as possible. Worked with salesman Devin Otto and he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Awful experience at Quirk. They lie on their website and give false prices. I was looking to buy a suburban and they said there were all of these rebates that would be taken off. When you get there they don’t even tell you what the price of the car is. I had a particular color I wanted and gave the stock and vin number and they brought a different car out. It’s an absolute joke. They looked at my car and never even gave me a price for the trade. Don’t waste your time here. You will only end up feeling frustrated and not getting what you want. More

False pricing. This dealership does not stay true to the advertised sale price. I read the fine print and met all the criteria but all of a sudden there was criteria that was not in the fine print. “ I’ll give you more off if you have a lease” What the heck is that xx. My credit is well over 800. It’s pretty sad we couldn’t make a deal over $29.00 less a month for payment. I was going to put the 30% down pay all taxes and fees out of pocket and even pay a $1,500.00 trade allowance out of pocket as well. If I go into a store and they have a sale price listed they are not supposed to change it as I’m buying it that’s Illegal! Same goes for this dealership they are dirty and use deceptive and dirty practices. More
