I recently brought in a 2005 Trailblazer for a 100k mile tune up/general repairs and below is my experience. In speaking with Bob, I openly told him to fix anything that looks like it could break or go faulty on the car and within the engine. This included a 100k inspection, oil change, general inspection and specific instructions to fix any loose hoses or plugs. The total bill came to $3500 and was told that I will be safe for many miles to come. I was interested in selling the car at some point so also asked Bob what he thought the shelf life of this vehicle was and he instructed it would last at least another 100k miles (obviously would need the necessary improvements along the way). I was excited that the car would last that long and felt taken care of by this team of mechanics who I considered a partner of mine to help with my car. The car drove great out of the parking lot and felt stable. 5 weeks later I was driving to a business meeting and was on I93 when the trusted trailblazer suddenly shut off. I thought I had run out of gas however the gauge pointed to half way full. First off this was a dangerous situation to be in as cars are ripping past my window avoiding my dead car on the highway. In NO way should a well maintained chevy break down in the middle of the highway ESPECIALLY after getting $3500 worth of work 5 weeks earlier. After calling AAA and having it towed to the Woburn Chevrolet location they informed me that there were faulty fuel lines, faulty transmission lines, loose ball bearings in the front right tire and was on the border of not getting enough transmission fluid to the engine. They also advised me that I should in no way drive the trailblazer out of their location because it was unsafe. The trailblazer went from $3500 of repairs to a vehicle I could not drive. I had no accidents within the time of getting it fixed and drove the vehicle locally in an appropriate way. I told the group of Woburn mechanics that that can't be possible as I just had work on the car and they informed me that this is a common practice around some groups to leave small aspects of repairs out so that I would need to come back. I then called the Braintree location to speak with Bob who put me in touch with the service manager Jeff. Jeff...after hearing the initial story informed me that he thinks the Woburn location is trying to upsell me. After informing Jeff that my car died in the middle of 93, he's still trying to tell me that the Woburn location was upselling me! He then proceeded to tell me that Quirk doesn't do business like that and he would get things resolved only to not hear anything from Jeff. I called Jeff back and he informed me that I should pay for a tow from Woburn to Braintree for them to inspect where things went wrong but couldn't guarantee they would cover any charges. Now I am stuck between dealerships of who to trust and both sides are reluctant to at least help me figure out what's happening or cover a tow to the original location. Jeff just tells me he understands where I am coming from (even though he admitted he's never had a car die in the middle of the highway) and Woburn is asking for another 600 dollars & asking to remove my car! Now I am quickly thousands of dollars in the hole for a car that's AT MOST worth 5g's. I urge you to take your service business somewhere else and I also urge you to reconsider Chevy in general. At least ask them to take a look at your car before you rely on people who will pull moves like this to get returned business. Not only will I never go to this location again but I am done buying a Chevy. I cannot believe I was treated with zero help and cannot believe a well maintained 2005 could operate like this. I normally do not write reviews and have only been told by Jeff that he feels sorry about my situation so thought it was worth spreading the word as you evaluate where to bring your business. He spent time explaining the incentive program, but in the end, he worked with the finance manager George, and got the deal done. He is an extremely conscientious young man, and Quirk is lucky to have Polo as an employee. You should have many loyal employees like this one, and one who cares about the customer. I also worked with Angela who was extremely professional. I would work with Quirk again, based on my experience with Polo. More

She impressed me with extensive knowledge about each car and on the best deals, Fernanda and Sergio were very helpful to my needs. I got the truck in June 2015 and the whole process was done over the phone because I live in marthas vineyard island and i just had a baby, thereby preventing my going to the dealership. they brought the car up to where I live, which greatly facilitated my life!! the service they provided me was exceptional, very professional and friendly. i recommend quirk chevrolet, Fernanda Starr and Sergio for any future buyer. My salesman Ali Brahmi was exceptional, thoughtful, to the point (no xx). He exceeded my expectations when I left personal belongings in the car I traded, yet the next day everything was returned. All phases were great as well as the finance department. I wasn't pushed/pressured into anything. I new the truck I was purchasing had a scratch on it before signing the deal. This also was taking care of by there detail people. I want to thank them for that as well. More
