Quirk Cheverolet would not service my 95 Chevy Caprice. When I called to have my 95 Chevy Caprice serviced, they told me they could not take the care, that it was too old to service. The service manager was called, and he told me the same thing. No service for older Chevys. They suggested I take the car to Best Cheverolet, 20 miles away. I did and they did a great job, Best really was the Best. Anyway, I liked Quirk, but now have to say they are incompetent and cannot service cars which are clearly their own. I did buy the car at Quirk. So they do not service the cars they sell. To be fair, the car is 20 years old, but, they were happy to take my money over the years, and now, well, no, they refuse. Hows that for a slap in the face. I am not really sure, but it seems to me to service under the Chevy logo, you probably are required to take any Chevy that arrives at your door. I just feel they do not have the expertise to fix a Chevy properly. Beware and stay clear of this dealer. More
Same face, new place. For years I have been buying cars of Mike Morris. I recently walked into his former place of business to find he had moved on. At a fork in the road I reached into my wallet to find his business card that he had listed his personal cell phone number on. Score, I still had it! I called him and informed him that I was in the market for a vehicle for my daughter who turned seventeen on 9/11. We spoke briefly and he told me to come down and see him at Quirk Chevrolet. The next day i took my daughter down and we test drove some vehicles until she found one that suited her. As usual, the dance with Mike was short and sweet. He was sensitive to my needs and didn't try to screw me over or haggle with me. We arrived at number that suited the both of us, shook hands, and the deal was done. I am glad that an elite salesman like Mike was able to find a soft landing and kudos to Quirk Chevy on landing what is a very hard worker and someone that I personally hold in a very high regard. More

Great customer service and inventory selection! My wife and I just recently picked up our new 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Quirk Chevy and we couldn't be happier with the purchase! We found the ex My wife and I just recently picked up our new 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Quirk Chevy and we couldn't be happier with the purchase! We found the exact model we were looking for at this dealership with all of the options that we wanted. Their inventory is outstanding and you should have no problem finding what you are looking for. We personally met with the General Manager, James Thorp, who was very cordial and answered all of our questions and teamed us up with his sales professional, Steve Charles, who helped with the rest of the transaction and delivery. Steve was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful during the course of the sale, test drive and when we came back to take delivery. Our transaction with flawless and easy and we paid a very fair price. We do not live close to Quirk Chevy, but we will use this dealership for service as well! Thank you! More

Got Sucked In and PAid too much. Was negotiating with Sam Basmill and was doing fine then got sucked in playing the game let my guard down and ended up paying way more PAid too much. Was negotiating with Sam Basmill and was doing fine then got sucked in playing the game let my guard down and ended up paying way more than I had expected. I was then wondering why they were in such a hurry for me to take the unit home that night. Shuffled all the papers right through quickly. Realized the next day that my price was too high, trade in money sucked and I had a 6 year loan. My fault I agree but they knew and will not earn my business nor anyone I knows and definitely not in service which is where they make their money. More
