I decided rather than just showing up to dealerships that I would e-mail some people and see what kind of research I could do on my own before I made my choice. I began e-mailing with James Thorp, manager from Quirk Chevrolet, amongst other managers and salespeople from dealerships all around. James referred me to Michael Morris who never once pushed me to any deals he just gave me options and encouraged me to shop around until I was comfortable. Every single other dealership I spoke with just pressured me to come into the dealership. I did not feel pressured dealing with the fine people of Quirk Chevrolet. Last week I decided to venture to the dealership and see if they were as nice in person as they were on the phone. They weren't, they were nicer! Everyone I had spoken to prior to coming in came over to greet me and told me that if I needed anything to let them know. A young salesman by the name of Daniel Morris took me on a test drive and I knew that I had made the right choice. When we came back from the test drive he had already had the deal put together and all they needed from me was my trade in vehicle and a few signatures. I drove away with a brand new Chevy Silverado THAT DAY. Dan was even nice enough to pair my cell phone to the vehicle, show me how to play my music through my dashboard console, how to work my GPS, and a myriad of other things. I have never been so happy with a customer service experience of any variety nevermind car buying. I will most certainly be returning to Quirk Chevrolet in 36 months and I just hope that James, Mike, and Daniel are still there! More

I had done my research on car buying and prepared for a lengthy, high pressure process before going in. Not with Sean. It turned out to be a pleasant, stress free experience. Sean was very helpful, knowledgable, straight forward, and most importantly, honest through out the process. We got a great price when we left for the day and didn’t get pushed to make a decision. We shopped around other Chevrolet dealers and came back to buy the car from Sean. There was a mistake when we signed the paperwork where the car’s VIN got mixed up. Sean corrected it and more than made up for our little inconvenience. We got a very good deal and we are happy. I would highly recommend Sean Mulkerrins and Quirk to anyone interested in buying a Chevy. More

I wanted to check out the spec and it took 2 employees and about 16 emails back and forth for them to understand what I was wanted. When they finally figured out what I was asking they stopped replying to me. I can only guess that they dont actually have what they are offering and its just a ploy to get you in buy something else.
