Joe Tomao, the sales representative, was very helpful and efficient, as were the office people who responded quickly to my online request for vehicle information. Joe was knowledgable about the vehicle, the sales process, and the paperwork involved. We left there as satisfied customers likely to return to Quirk, and remain that way today. The process went smoother than I had anticipated and everyone seemed happy to help. As someone who knew exactly what they wanted, I thought the service was fast and efficient. I got to deal with the sales consultant Orlando Pichardo. He was very informative and energetic about doing his job and performing well. BUYER BEWARE! To say I am disappointed with Quirk Chevy in Manchester is an understatement! Our purchase went fine, but when it comes to repairs and maintenance it To say I am disappointed with Quirk Chevy in Manchester is an understatement! Our purchase went fine, but when it comes to repairs and maintenance it is disappointing. Bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic in January of 2015. The car has been in service 6 times for small maintenance repairs. First it was taken in for a rubber molding that was loose and almost flew off the car on the highway, made an appointment, took time off work to go to the appointment, arrived at the appointment only to be told that the part for the car had been received but was damaged so I had to reschedule the appointment for when they got another new part in and take more time off work for the repair (maybe someone should have checked the part when it came in and called me to tell me it was broken so I didn't waste my time). Next the from cowl rubber gasket on the front hood had a tear in it, so again made an appointment to have that fixed, another day of leaving work early to get it taken care of. Got home from them fixing it, looked to see how the work was done and realized that although they had replaced the rubber gasket with a new one, in the process they had broken off 2 clips that are in the plastic cowling to hold the gasket down and never told me or ordered the part to repair it. The car was also in to have the window seal replaced because it was folded over and had a bad seal, the door obviously had to be taken apart to fix the issue, 3 weeks later I was upgrading the speakers in my car doors and had to take the door apart again, when I took the door apart i found disrespectful writing on the inside panel of the door stating "Bite Me Daddy!" Immediately contacted Quirk to report this vandalization and have yet to get any resolution or apologies from Quirk or their service department for this ignorant comment. Contacted GM itself and still getting no where on getting this resolved, and still have not had the broken cowling corrected because I do not trust the service department at Quirk to do anything with my car now, and was told by GM that I cannot take the car to another dealer to fix the cowl piece since it was broken at Quirk. Myself and my family have been loyal GM owners for many years, and this is the 2nd Sonic purchase we made within 4 months of each otehr, but 1st time dealing with Quirk. At this point I will NOT be dealing with Quirk ever again, and more than likely will NOT buy GM again since they condone the disrespect of their customers in telling me that there was nothing they could do about the writing on the car incident since they have no proof of who wrote in the car. I have witnesses that saw me remove the door panel and find the writing there. I AM NOT A HAPPY CHEVY OWNER RIGHT NOW and am feeling very disappointed that GM has not done anything to make this right. No apology for the disrespect, a mechanic who claims he did not see the writing in the door when he was working on it, which is hard to believe since it was in red Sharpie on white plastic background in about 9 inch lettering. I feel that just because I am young(21) and this is my 1st new car purchase that Quirk feels they can just brush me under the rug and get away with it, so I am on a mission to post my experience on any and every site I can so that anyone that deals with Quirk knows to always CHECK the work they do as it seems they do not care if the work is done correctly or not, and they don't care if their workers vandalize a car or not. best experience ever my wife and I were in the market for a new sure but not sure what we wanted. we stopped at Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester NH and met with Alan Gibbs. He really listened to our needs and found a new Chevrolet Equinox for us that fit into our budget. We found working with Alan and all the staff at Quirk was very easy, and we were able to rive away the same day in our new Equinox. More
The best vehicle purchasing experience! I bought my first Chevy Cruz in 2011 from Quirk Chevrolet. My experience then was wonderful and recently I decided to go back to Quirk to look at my I bought my first Chevy Cruz in 2011 from Quirk Chevrolet. My experience then was wonderful and recently I decided to go back to Quirk to look at my options of getting into a newer Cruz. My salesman Justin Tilbe was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for and at that time I was unsure if I would even qualify but he treated me as if I was a customer with A1 credit. Justin found the vehicle and color for me, which is another Cruz (I love my Cruz). He worked with Frank Carnucci (Manager) and Jesse Kiley (Finance) and between them all, I left Quirk with my beautiful new 2015 Cruz and a smile on my face. Like I said, I love my Cruz and my experiences with Quirk have me not wanting to ever go anywhere else for my vehicles. Hoping that my salesman Justin and the rest of the team are still there when it is time for me to return for another Cruz. Thank you Justin, Frank and Jesse. More
