Great customer service Frank Carnucci is the GM @ Quirk Chevy. Even though he is not a "car salesman" he went out and looked at cars with me and had Orlando pull many into Frank Carnucci is the GM @ Quirk Chevy. Frank was very patient in dealing with my many questions and hesitations. He assigned Orlando Pichardo to be our salesman. Orlando was very polite and professional and very attentive to my wants in a car. Frank worked very hard to meet my financial needs as well as what I would like in a vehicle. Love my truck but buy your next truck somewhere else When I bought my new Truck I was given the "tour" of all the options available except the fact that my truck was equipped with a remote start. That be When I bought my new Truck I was given the "tour" of all the options available except the fact that my truck was equipped with a remote start. That being said, not knowing this I made an appointment to have one installed. I was quoted 325.00, mind you I live about an hour away from the dealership I drove down for a 7:30am appt. When I got there I checked in with the service department and dropped off the truck only to be called after a few minutes and was then told that the remote start I was sold was not the right one and that I would have to pay 675.00 for the right one. The service person told me that the Vin number determines the version (I had already was caked and I had already provided the Vin before I made the appointment). I was understandably upset and advised the service person that I was not going to move forward with having one installed. Minutes later he came back and offered me a cost price to do it at 450.00 which I accepted. He told me it would take three and a half hours, so I asked my wife to come pick me up (we have a newborn baby and we don't like to bring him in long trips as he needs to be fed and tended to every few hours). She traveled the hour to the dealership and we went for a drive and did some shopping. A little over an hour later while we were out a got a call from the delearship stating the truck was ready. The service person said that there would be no charge and he had to explain. What he told me next was a surprise to me, not only was no charge because while trying to replace the parts necessary to install the remote start they started to notice my truck already had these parts and that's when they realized I already had a remote start system that came with the truck. Waisted three plus hours, and thus was just the start. My wife was in the market for a truck as well. After waisting a good chunk of my day we started looking at a new Silverado for my wife. I had been dealing with Zach Josephs and he had found us a great deal a few weeks prior but we needed some time to save a few bucks to put down and add some side steps. It turned out Zach was no longer there. The sales person said well I am not Zach so I don't know. I told him the details and he was able to get the info from the desk from our prior interactions. He told us that Zach had mistakenly gave us a price on an LS trim model that no longer was in stock. I made a phone call to Quirk in Braintree and they said they had one in stock. However, they were just as shady to deal with. They said I would have to reapply and redo my credit app. After doing so they told me that the truck was not in stock and tried to sell me on the LT trim. I have to say I will never want to do business at Quirk and if I am able to go to any Chevy dealership for factory service I will choose to do that instead. I wish Zach was still around because he was great and everyone else has been a very disappointing experience. More

On arrival we met with Orlando who was outstanding and very considerate of our privacy to discuss between ourselves which route we wanted to go. He helped negotiate the price we wanted to reach. Lease Option not available I read the internet special indicating that I could lease an Equinox for $139/month with no money down. I "chatted" through the internet with 2 different internet representatives (one from Braintree and one from Manchester) Both assured me that this was a legitimate deal. In fact, the representative from Braintee showed me a car and told me that I could get specific car for the special lease price. No one indicated that there were special conditions to get the $139/month deal. When I went to the dealership I met with Zach Joseph -- great guy. However, he explained to me that the lease price was not available unless I met certain criteria that allowed me rebates. I didn't meet any of the criteria. The deal that was offered to me was $249/month for 36 months. A far cry from the deal that I was promised existed from 2 different internet representatives. More
