Was sold a lemon 2017 Silverado with transmission issues. 8 miles on the truck and they said no fix was available and I had to drive it until Chevy found and fix. well the fix came out in the form of reprogramming the truck. the fix didn't fix anything and I am stuck with a lemon. best art is they erase all bad posts on sites they control. do not buy here More

I was told lies!!! Until they got my money then I was told, oh we didn't say that. Now I was told that I will not be getting the things in the deal we agreed on, I asked the sales person I wanted what was agreed on in writing with pricing and his response was we don't do that. I took them for their word and got scr….. on the deal. I called and spoke to the sales person that I dealed with only to be hung up on. So I then called to speak to the finance Manager that was involved in the deal and the only words out of his mouth were YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT and then he also hung up on me. They would not even take 2 mins. to listen to what I had to say. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They had me sign a bunch of papers and when I asked for a copy they said they would give them to me when I picked the truck up. The only receipt I got was the sale contract. Hmmm! Now I have no idea what they can add and edit due to not giving me a copy of them. Is that Legal? I wouldn’t think so… BUYER BEWARE AND DO SOME RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY before you spend your hard earned money. More
Worst Customer Service This dealership acted like they couldn't even be bothered by us. We called down to talk numbers and they told us they had plenty of the vehicles that This dealership acted like they couldn't even be bothered by us. We called down to talk numbers and they told us they had plenty of the vehicles that we were looking at and to just come down and pick it out!!! Drive the hour + south, to get a rude salesman and none of the vehicles that we were looking for. They were also having a deal on this vehicle and the salesman looked at us and said you don't qualify without even asking any questions!!! More

Lousy repair service i brought my truck in to be serviced for defective parts. The service manager was very helpful but the service techs are hacks! "Crafty and unethical advertisement" I looked online to try and find the best fit for my budget ( http://www.quirkchevynh.com/new-vehicles/silverado-2500hd/ ) great price right???? So I go to Quirk and show a sales person the truck I want with the price I'm willing to pay per the ad. So my wife and I look at the truck and decide its the one for us. We come back in and wait for a offer for our vehicle. The sales person comes back and tells me Quirk wants basically 100% MSRP for their truck and they will give me 80% of the trade in value for my vehicle. I told the sales person this was unacceptable and quite insulting. Per the sales person it just so happens that “I didn't understand how the Kelly Blue Book values work”. I told him to get his Sales manager at that time. The Sales manager proceeds to tell me I'm not qualified for their rebates. I told him per our conversation no one would be qualified for their rebates. Here list the list I can remember off hand. 1. Current Military 2. Recent College graduate 3. Business owner 4. A member of the Farm Bureau 5. Have had a GM card for the past 90 days 6. Currently own a GM 7. Lease an Equinox There were a few more that I can’t remember. So if you were able to check the web page I provided with the $11,000.00 off the MSRP you will understand there is no one that that can qualify for this. I told the Sales manager he should be fair for both parties with this deal. He dropped $6000.00 and gave me and additional $2000.00 for my vehicle right there on the spot. So I told him we were still too far apart. He told me he didn’t want to insult me. I told him he had already done that with his initial offer. So long story short after I had this experience with Quirk I wasn’t going to business with him anyway and I will never do business with Quirk due to this. I did however call MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua and I have to say Great group to work with. The entire deal was completed over the phone with their Sales Manager in about 30min. I’m now the owner of a new Chevy 2500HD truck what a ride!!! I would also like to add if anyone is looking to buy a Chevy, I would highly recommend MacMulkin Chevy in Nashua, NH. STAY AWAY! Never before have I come in contact with such rude and vulgar people in a business situation. Came in with my mint Silverado with 19k on it. Explained what I wanted for it and what I NEEDED my new payment to be for me to make a deal. Sales staff ran my credit and said everything was great my payment would be exactly the same as it was on my old truck but the finance staff told me the best option was a lease and that GM would finance the buyout at the end of the lease guaranteed. Things then started to go south. Keeping me at the dealership for 6 hours, suddenly my payment is double what was advertised in their advertisement. I requested my keys not once but twice and was refused and told to go sit down. Several times I had mentioned I need to go, that my blood sugar was off and I was not feeling well. All I was told was to sit and wait. At this point I wouldn't have been able to pass a sobriety test if I was pulled over and just wanted to leave - reluctantly signed whatever they put in front of me just to leave. From DAY ONE - I tried to return the truck to the dealership in order to get my old truck back or modify the payments to what I was promised. I was met with hostility each and every time I spoke with someone at the dealership - being told "you signed a contract now leave" "you shouldn't have bought a truck you can't afford" and other colorful things. Sorry guys, chances are I make more than the majority of your DEGRADING, RUDE, and CONDESCENDING staff. I filed FIVE complaints with GM Financial who agreed that I was manipulated by the dealership but unfortunately couldn't help me aside from bringing it up to the dealer. Fast forward SIX MONTHS I made all payments on time while continuing a futile attempt to return the truck. At this point I call GM and ask how do I return my lease? Bring it back to the dealer they tell me. Also mentions on their website that I can do this. Contacted Quirk to return the vehicle and was told they are not a storage facility and that they would tow the truck (at my expense) and have it left on my front lawn. When I got upset over this I was threatened with physical violence by one of their sales staff. I call GM Financial back and explain just how fraudulent this transaction was (again) and how I have now been threatened with physical violence from a staff member in addition to being refused my keys during the initial transaction which is in FACT ILLEGAL. So everything that has transpired since is NULL and VOID. I then filed a complaint with the BBB, the Dealership association, and the NH Attorney Generals office. I am now in the process of retaining an attorney to file suit against Quirk Chevrolet. Sorry Quirk - I'm not allowing this to go away. I have purchase Chevy Vehicles my entire life and have NEVER had a problem until coming to QUIRK. More

We worked with Steve. He listened to our needs and respected our budget. He put us in a solid vehicle that met both. We did not feel pressured and we did not feel as though he was trying to sell us anything we didn't need. This was all around our best car buying experience ever from sales to financing and we will be sure to visit Quirk again in the future for our vehicle needs! More
