This week I had a sensor go in my car which affected my all wheel drive, ABS, stabilitrak, and another light on my dashboard appeared. I called my dealership, Dover Chevrolet, which is close to where I li all wheel drive, ABS, stabilitrak, and another light on my dashboard appeared. I called my dealership, Dover Chevrolet, which is close to where I live. I told them the problem and that I drive an hour to work so I need my all wheel drive. Their service dept. Informed me they couldn't look at it until Wednesday ( this happened on Monday) and they would not have a loaner to give me until the following week. By the way, my car is still under warranty. Needless to say they were no help. I called Quirk. Quirk Chevrolet not only had me come in that afternoon but they also had a loaner vehicle all ready for me. This dealership is about an hour and thirty minutes from me. They treated me with kindness and consideration. My vehicle was fixed in 2 days time. Check out was just as easy. Every person I dealt with was professional and caring. I will travel the extra miles to take my vehicle to dealership that cares about my well-being. Thank you Lenny and all your staff for taking care of me and my vehicle when I needed it. More

Truck Sat for a Week before it was looked at for service. I purchased a 2019 Silverado 2500HD High Country Duramax in November 0f 2019. The truck had 10 miles on it when I picked it up. When I drove it home I purchased a 2019 Silverado 2500HD High Country Duramax in November 0f 2019. The truck had 10 miles on it when I picked it up. When I drove it home, I noticed the truck was shaking on the highway like the wheels were out of balance. I called my sales rep, and explained the problem to him. He explained to me that there could have been flat spots on the tires from it sitting. He asked me to drive it for 500 miles and they sometimes would work themselves out. I currently have 1540 miles on it. I brought it to the dealership on Saturday December 14th. I was led to believe that GM would cover the tires on warranty and replace them. I finally received a call today (December 19th) at 5pm about my truck. I was told that I needed to make an appointment with a service tech to drive my truck so they could diagnose the problem. I asked if today was the first time my truck was looked at, and I was informed it was. This was a total waste of time and I had to hear the excuses from service that they had a long list of vehicles. My reply was that it was a Quirk problem not mine. I received absolutely no communication from service about my truck. Everything I was told about making an appointment was through my sales rep. I was led to believe that if the issue wasn't corrected within 500 miles then my tires would be replaced, Typical car dealer games, Quirk is not different than any other dealership, in that once they get your money and you are out the door, they don't care about you or your vehicle, so long as you give them all excellent ratings on their customer satisfaction survey. I specifically did not fill out my survey, because I was waiting to see how this played out. When I clicked on the email to fill it out, i was advised that the link expired. What a joke......... She then goes to the manager and returns to us with a frown. Per the manager, we have to buy the car first in order to test drive the car. What a fool! He took us for idiots. Never assume! I informed her Tesla doesn't require that and we bought one. The owner of that dealership needs to hire an educated manager who knows how to sell., Otherwise, this dealership is not worth your time. We walked out and guess what, a week later we purchased a Toyota 86 at Toyota of Nashua. Best customer service there! More

I arrived for my appointment and was told they would not do the warranty work nor would they address any of the recalls. I was pissed !!! I ended up bringing my truck to Banks Chevrolet in Concord and they gladly fixed everything !!! Stay as far away from Quirk as possible. They'll tell you anything to make you buy a vehicle but good luck with them once you leave their parking lot. BIG JOKE !!!!! More

Then I got the recall for Chevrolet about a bad part in the front suspension go to the service department they said no parts to fix it yet this is in April of 2019. I stop by Wednesday 17 of July still no parts.The dealer service department said you can have a rental ok the give me a Chevrolet Cruze. I drove it home and then went back and gave them the key back and said no thanks I can not get in and out of this car for the next 4-6 weeks it to low to the ground that’s why I got an SUV. If a dealer is going to give you a rental it should be the same car or better then you have not smaller it’s not my problem they don’t have the parts.My mother is 93 she can not get in the car so what good is it this means I can’t take her anywhere. There was a never ending barrage of insults and obvious outright lies and a demand for $ 7,200.00 above advertised price. The very very load abrasive sound system is designed so customers can not think. Then when I said I was no longer interested in purchasing today there was more insults and lies and a drop to ‘just’ $ 2,000.00 over advertised price. It was clear that even this number would go up if proceeded to contract stage More
