I brought my 04. Suburban in for service before my camping trip, which we were so far behind Schedule and was greeted kindly and asked if I needed help. I was exteamely happy with my service at this dealership and I woould recomend it to my friends. The staff was polite, my car came back no grease marks onn anything. They put floor mats down so my carpets where clean. I like there multi-point inspection which is free, the best part. It let's me know what condition my vehicle is in. And if it needs attention. Very satisfied. I'm so satisfied that because I don't have a computer I had to use my neighbors, to write my experience. More

I bought an Equinox from Quirk recently and had a wonderful experience there with Mark as my salesman. He went over everything with myself and the car, helped me set up the OnStar feature and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we left the dealership. I arrived at the dealership having done some research on the internet. I was pretty confident I knew what I needed to about the car I wanted. In less than two hours I was driving off the lot in my new car after taking the car on a test drive on the highway and local roads, being shown every detail of the car (even more features about the car than I knew about), having my traded vehicle assessed, and arranging financing and transfer of registration. What a teriffic experience! Before leaving, John Murray made sure I knew where all the buttons and whistles (also the lights and wipers) were and how they worked. He walked me through the navigation system and the Onstar registration. I would overwelmingly recommend the Quirk Chevrolet/Buick dealership to all! More

Just bought a Camaro last month from Mark Chartrand. He was great to deal with, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Our family had been doing business with Dobles for almost 40 years. It seemed logical to give Quirk Chevrolet a chance to continue selling vehicles to our family. We met Mark Charttrand last summer. We st 40 years. It seemed logical to give Quirk Chevrolet a chance to continue selling vehicles to our family. We met Mark Charttrand last summer. We stopped at the dealership on a whim. Mark greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He listened to what we wanted, was very informative and easy to talk to. We were able to trade in our truck and purchase a new 2009 Chevy Colorado. We also kept within our budget!! Last month we stopped in to see Mark again. This time our daughter wanted a new car. It didn't matter to her where the car came from as long as it was new and hot looking!! Because of our past experience with Mark I wanted to buy a car from him. I feel Mark is honest, caring, and patient. Our daughter got her new Equinox this week and now won't be driving my Colorado!! Most of all I feel she is driving a safe vehicle. Every time we walk into the showroom we are warmly greeted by the guys on the showroom floor. We feel welcome. The showroom is clean and bright. When we call on the phone, a live person answers the phone (during business hours). When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, we will be coming to see Mark Charttrand.
