**I am disgusted with the service I was given. First off I email the company with an estimate on a car online. The next day Steve called me and he told me to come in asap because the quote I gave him was do I email the company with an estimate on a car online. So I drive up from Boston, they lied about the price online and then they lied to me about the price they were going to sell it to me for. It was off by thousands of dollars. And supposably you guys stand for customer service. I am a store manager at a retailer, I would never treat someone that was trying to do business with me this way with lies and being chauvinist towards me. I also had my brother with me and the other salesmen in the corner we in conversation saying sh**, f***, called a woman a xxxxx and other obscene things. My brother is 12. He should not be listening to that and I shouldn't have to listen to sexist comments. After I knew that I was getting lied to and treated poorly, I told the salesperson I was leaving. Then yelled and me and then grabbed his papers from the table fiercely. I left crying with my husband because I never had some many men treat me so poorly. I went next store to another dealership and made an appointment with him. I told him what happened to me and he told me he sold a truck to someone who had a similar experience with your dealership. He also go lied to. I want the number to the owner so I can speak to him personally about my experience. He should know how his business is truely run. As a business woman myself I would expect the same. More

Both of these employees when above and beyond and made it possible for us to drive away in brand new car. They were very friendly and understood our needs.
