I must say this young man was incredible to work with bought my Malibu from him and he could not of done a better job. Went in to purchase new Chevy Cruze with my son. Tom Went in to purchase new Chevy Cruze with my son. Tom the salesman was initially helpful during test drive. However when we sat down to talk price, Went in to purchase new Chevy Cruze with my son. Tom the salesman was initially helpful during test drive. However when we sat down to talk price, he tried to use the old "numbers scribbled all over the paper" trick. He then verbally agreed to a deal but did not bring a legible P&S sheet to us. When we approached the sales mgr. he produced a nice neat type written "numbers all over the sheet" which made no sense. We then left due to time constraints. Via emal and phone the next day Tom then once again agreed to a deal but again was not able to produce a valid P&S. I gave him my personal financial info over phone to move the lease process forward. When I called again later that day I was told he was "out with a customer". He has never returned my call 48 hours later nor have I heard from anyone else from the dealership. Their newspaper ads are very misleading to say the least. Buyer beware! I have purchased from another dealer. More

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Tony was very condescending & militant with the whole process. My vehicle was delivered to me very much "half assed". This man is very rude and has one thing in mind. It shows in how he treats his employees as I overheard him and his foul mouth. He is very unprofessional in my opinion. It's a shame that he represents this company because my salesperson was very knowledgable and nice. I will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere and taking my plate frame and tag off my vehicle as I have no interest in advertising for this kind of a company.
