Let me start by saying that hours before I walked into Quirk and met Jim Pitka and Rob Taylor I was at Macmulkin Chevrolet in Nashua NH just about to complete my purchase of a 2012 Cheve Cruze. ( To make a long story short ) I felt as if I was being lied to and misled at Macmulkin and I had to follow my gut and go somewhere else. The guy I was working with, is the type of guy who gives car salesmen a bad reputation .... But tahnkfully I followed my gut and headed over to Quirk Chevrolet. This is where I met two great guys ( Jim and Rob). They were extremely friendly and immdiately I felt comfortable.I believed they were being honest with me and went over everything thoroughly. I never felt like I was being mislead or taken advantage of.. They not only gave me piece of mind but gave me a better deal (In turn lowered my monthly payment.. who wouldn't be happy about that?) on my 2012 Cheve Cruze with an extended warrenty that is superior to what Macmulkin offered me. Jim and Rob went above and beyond for me. Considering I walked into this dealership about a half hour before closeing. They both stayed late and finished my deal and I was able to picked my car up the next day. ( BTW Macmulkin said I had to wait like 3 days before I could take my car home) . When I came in the next day to pick up my new car ,Rob, who was done working for the day returned to the dealership to go over and set up all the features and functions in the vehicle. Thank you guys for all you have done! My family loves our new car! We will definitely come back to you for our next vehicle!! More
I walked in last night looking for a used mid-size SUV with under 25,000 miles on it as we drive over 25,000 miles a year. Robbie sat down with us and I told him exactly what I was looking at online. I had been looking at a used Equinox as I knew that is the car I wanted. The used one I had been looking at was sold earlier that day. Robbie and Jim worked out a deal for me that allowed me to drive away last night in a 2013 Equinox at a payment close to what we were hoping for in a used car. The team was great and stayed well past closing so I could drive off the lot in my new car! Robbie certainly earned my and my husbands respect! More

NOT AT QUIRK. The Pitka, Gordon, and Sullivan dream-team covered all my needs and wants in the auto purchasing process. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST Quirk Chevy to any of my friends and family - but most importantly, I would suggest Jim Pitka, Josh Gordon, and John Sullivan if receiving superior customer service and complete coverage is important to you. My husband and I spent Friday at this dealership, our salesman Allan was great, but the Sales Manager Jim Pitka was outstanding. I was unsure if I was going to be able to get out of my Sorrento Lease ear salesman Allan was great, but the Sales Manager Jim Pitka was outstanding. I was unsure if I was going to be able to get out of my Sorrento Lease early, and Jim made it happen. The Equinox is a definate upgrade. My family buys cars often, whether purchase or lease and I have never had a checy nor dealt with them before, but I would do it over and over again. I cannot say enough about how great we were treated, even with the concerns I had, they helped me solve them. Love the vehicle, love the dealership, would reccommend all day long. Thank you More

John was such a pleasure to work with, didn't make me feel as if I was "just a girl". He made sure that I got the best price and I couldn't be more happy. He took his time with going over the Sonic as well as the whole sales process so that I knew I was making the best decision for me. Quirk worked with us then to come up with a great financing aarrangement. Their attention at our 30 day checkup was great! (even replacing the few gallons of gas used) It's now seven and one half months after our purchase and our Volt was damaged while parked (we were fortunate the person who hit our car left contact info), Quirk Body Shop repaired the car in two days and you would never know it had been damaged! And, by the way, in 5,300 miles we have a lifetime average of 150 miles per gallon! More
Our daughter was about to purchase her first vehicle and asked for our assistance. She began an internet search for a vehicle and had narrowed it down to a Ford Fiesta, a Hyundai Accent, and a Chevrolet Son asked for our assistance. She began an internet search for a vehicle and had narrowed it down to a Ford Fiesta, a Hyundai Accent, and a Chevrolet Sonic. She asked if I could help her by contacting the associated dealerships in my area. After making contact with these three dealerships, Quirk Chevrolet, very quickly, became my first choice. Their response time and answers to all of my questions far exceeded that of the other dealerships. My initial contact was with Keith Duncklee (the Internet Sales Manager), through the Quirk website. I had a few questions that were answered immediately. They did have a car in inventory that we were interested in seeing, but we were not able to get to the dealership until about 1/2 hour before closing. We also had a vehicle to trade in. Our daughter met us at the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Chase Hall, who turned out to be our sales representative. He took us over to Keith and introduced us. After chatting briefly, Chase took us over to the vehicle we were interested in and went over all of the features of the car...some we were aware of, and some we were not. After Chase's overview, we felt confident that this would be the best and safest vehicle for our daughter. Once our daughter arrived, Chase again took a great deal of time going over the vehicle with her. Even though she was looking forward to owning a new vehicle, she had a great deal of sentimental attachment to the vehicle that was being traded-in. If you have a daughter, you would know that, at times, they do have the ability to be overly emotional. It was her first vehicle and she had had it for 7 years. Chase did a great job of talking with her. He did a great job of personalizing the entire buying experience. His interactions made her first car buying experience an extremely positive one. I had done a great deal of research, online, as to what I believed would be a fair price for the vehicle we were interested in purchasing as well as a fair price for the vehicle we were trading in (a 2000 Volkswagen Superbeetle). I have been in sales for many years myself and had the immediate sense that we were being dealt with fairly and honestly. These are the top two criteria, whenever I make the decision to purchase a new vehicle. This sense made me confident that these were the people and this was the dealership that we wanted to give our business to. The purchase price for the new vehicle was very good and allowed us to make the final decision to purchase the vehicle on the spot. The dollar value offered to us for our trade-in was exactly what I had researched as a fair trade-in value. Even though it was now past 6:00pm (the time the dealership would normally close), no one ever made us feel rushed. Chase, Keith, and Josh (the finance coordinator) all took their time with us to be sure that we had no questions or concerns about the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Quirk Chevrolet NH. As a matter of fact, I currently own a 2007 GMC Yukon and will be replacing it in the next year. I feel confident that when the time comes to upgrade my vehicle that Quirk Chevrolet, NH will probably get my business. *as a side note, my daughter was driving by the dealership about two weeks after her purchase. She was in stop and go traffic and noticed a vehicle behind her with someone waving their arms. As it turned out, it was Chase, our sales consultant, he waved to her and gave her a big thumbs up. That really made an impression on her. It also made an impression on me to back up the comment about how I felt this dealership wasn't just making a sale, they were building a personal relationship with the customer. Even though my daughter lives about 45 minutes from the dealership, she will be taking it to Quirk for all of her future service needs as well. More
