glad I shopped them last! I went to a few different dealerships and they all tried to beat me up on the price. I had negative equity and quirk made it work for me. They didn't I went to a few different dealerships and they all tried to beat me up on the price. I had negative equity and quirk made it work for me. They didn't waste my time trying to get the highest price out of me. They beat the other dealerships and got me into a loaded truck. Didn't have to sacrifice immenities just to get a reasonable payment like I would have had to do at banks and bonneville. I'll go back to them for sure. Clyde Benedict was my salesman and Jake was the finance guy. They worked well together and didn't waste time. I did not have an appointment and was greeted friendly the person brought me to an adviser who I explained the situation too. He understood the problem and wrote up a request. I was informed by the Adviser shortly after what the problem was. I was very satisfied with the reception and the Advisers knowledge when describing the correctable situation and providing options for corrective action. I was very pleased with Mr. Hickey and all folks involved in the process. This Service call was a great experience and I will definitely return to Quirks for my service. I have been a Quirk customer dating back to 1978 purchasing several vehicles in their Braintree Mass location. But the Service experience recently received in Manchester NH will have me coming back with all of my vehicles. And will have me thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Quirk as well. More
