Professionalism and Knowledge From the start when I contacted the Quirk Dealership, Chase Hall was super helpful and informative about the process and the product. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Chase had the majority of the paperwork ready and everything all set before I even arrived, including having my car washed and detailed. Craig showed me the dealership inside and out and advised me what to do if I ever needed service or anything with my new Tahoe. He hooked up the Bluetooth in my vehicle and showed me all of the features of the vehicle as well. Both Chase and Craig were phenomenal throughout the entire process and followed up the next day to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend the both of them as well as the dealership. More

STAY AWAY!! Had a bad sales experience and have had nothing but problems in the <3 months I've owned the vehicle! The vehicle has been dropped of FOUR times and I Had a bad sales experience and have had nothing but problems in the <3 months I've owned the vehicle! The vehicle has been dropped of FOUR times and I've sat and waited for over an hour TWICE!! I've owned the vehicle for less than 3 MONTHS!!! I thought it was just 1 minor problem, but it just keeps snowballing!! I would NEVER go here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go here either! Unless of course you are familiar with car sales and service. Not too happy with the way the issue is being handled by GM either! At this point I need to hire an attorney, which means MORE money out of my pocket!!! You shouldn't have to check ANY stars because they don't deserve them! More

Worst experience I have ever had I talked them on the phone about an advertised price they had on a Silverado, they asureded me all rebates were applicable and that was the price I wo I talked them on the phone about an advertised price they had on a Silverado, they asureded me all rebates were applicable and that was the price I would pay less my trade. I also told them what other dealers offered me for my Silverado and they stated they give 110% of trade value an will beat any price. After sitting around for an hour waiting for a sales person they appraised my truck which has very low mileage an in excellent condition, they came back with printed sheet of paper with an offer of over $7,000.00 less than other dealers for my trade an also said I didn't qualify for most rebates which made their Silverado about $ 3,500.00 more then advertised. So basically waisted 4hrs plus the hour drive back and forth. The Quirk's are Jerks at the way they do business, advertise falsely, tell you what you want here to get you there, than have no problem waisting your time and gas money. I will not blame any one person there and didn't talk to the manager because I was so insulted nor did they even try to make good on what they said they would, save yourself some time, I and all the people I know will stay away! More

Awesome Salesmen! I had been to multiple other dealers and this was the best experience! I drove 2 hours to buy this car and the sales team was awesome and made the lon I had been to multiple other dealers and this was the best experience! I drove 2 hours to buy this car and the sales team was awesome and made the long drive worthwhile! The salesman Alan Gibbs was really nice and gave me a lot of information about buying a new car in general, he was very helpful! Sales manager Chase Hall was very patient and did everything necessary to help me become 100% confident in my purchase. Paperwork took quite awhile but the wait was worth it! I love my 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ :) Thank you to everyone who helped me with my purchase! More

Very pleasurable transaction with Sully and the Quirk staff. Bought 3 Chevy vehicles (a Silverado Truck and 2 Cruzes over the last 6 months from Quirk. Mike (Sully) Sullivan was my most recent sales person Than Bought 3 Chevy vehicles (a Silverado Truck and 2 Cruzes over the last 6 months from Quirk. Mike (Sully) Sullivan was my most recent sales person Thanksgiving week. I needed to get a deal done in a day and a half because I would be away. He pulled it off with no hitches. STAY AWAY!!! I got a 2014 Chevy Silverado here back in August. what a mistake that was first off do not buy the new 2014 Chevy Silverado do your research on the in I got a 2014 Chevy Silverado here back in August. what a mistake that was first off do not buy the new 2014 Chevy Silverado do your research on the internet its nickname the shakerado for a reason the whole thing vibrates. when I went for a test drive the sales guy said it just needs to be broken in. Its beautiful truck but awful ride. I was there on a Friday they gave me a payment number I went in Sunday with my wife that all changed it was going to be a hundred dollars more a month so we left the next morning I got a call from Jake the General Manager in Sales telling me we now can do the origial payment. I did go in that day and what a nightmare it was it took a good 4 to 5 hours to complete the whole thing. after a couple of weeks of driving it the vibration did not go away I took it in three times I even have paperwork where the technician said it was severe shaking but the third time they told me they tested and according to GM standards its fine. pretty low standards if you ask me. 2 weeks ago my wife got laid off I called Jake to see if you could do anything. I wasn't looking to return the truck and get a full refund just looking for some help like the Kelley Blue Book price on it and a good deal on something small thats good on gas. it was hard to get ahold of him but when I did he said we would have to look at it as a trade in and he would get back to me. needless to say I never got a call back from him. I ended up going toBoch Honda and traded in the truck they gave me the best offer. I'm very glad that I'm out of that truck even though I lost quite a bit of money but it was something I just had to do and i am more glad that I will never deal with quirk Chevy ever again. More
