ASK4ZACK My wife and I stopped at another dealership before going to Quirk GMC, I told them what I was looking for and all they did was show me trucks that I d My wife and I stopped at another dealership before going to Quirk GMC, I told them what I was looking for and all they did was show me trucks that I did not want .My wife and I left that dealership and went to Quirk GMC ,Zack Joseph meet us at the door sat use down and ask me want I was looking for. Zack showed me 2 trucks that met what I was looking for , and we ended up buying a new truck that day . Overall we are very happy with Zack and the finance department. I have all ready told people looking for a new car/truck to go to Quirk CMC and ASK4ZACK and look for the giant. More

Soooo simple! I was in a 1/2 ton lease with a year remaining. I had purchased a new camper and was told it would pull my new camper and was shy by a few thousand lb I was in a 1/2 ton lease with a year remaining. I had purchased a new camper and was told it would pull my new camper and was shy by a few thousand lbs. So I needed a 3/4 ton and went to talk to them about it and Baam... Within hrs I was driving my new 3/4 ton truck. Awesome job guys. Thanks again!! More
Dishonest Sales Department I brought my leased vehicle in for routine service that is covered under the lease. The slimy sales manager Manuel sent Meghan to tell me I needed a 9 I brought my leased vehicle in for routine service that is covered under the lease. The slimy sales manager Manuel sent Meghan to tell me I needed a 90 dollar al8gnment. It should have been covered under the lease and he had her lie to me and tell me it wasnt. He also had her try to sell me new headlights. This is a virtually new vehicle. Completely dishonest department. Now I'm told it's too late to get my money back even though they scammed me!! Don't do business here! They will rip you off! More

Went in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Malibu in pristine c Wow reviews are bad for this dealership , should have read them before going in there today. Went in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Malibu in pristine condition and only 10,000 miles on it. I looked at a 2015 Kia Sorrento. Everything was good until the final negotiations. Bank came back with an approval . However , but here's where it started to fall apart they wanted $3000 down . I wasn't putting $3000 down today. So I was told they couldn't do it . Ok oh well so I left. I got home and did some figures and came to where the dealers numbers were. I was never told what they appraised my car at but by doing numbers I came to an $11,000 trade in value ( wow seriously) no way . They have the same exact car on their lot with almost 25,000 miles selling for a cool $17,000 that's a $6,000 payday for them courtesy of me. So I decide to call the dealer and do their work for them and say to them come up on trade value cause they were at least $2500 away from trade value and I'd put $500 down. I talk to Jack the salesman and he told me he'd call me back. No call back , blown off yet again from another Quirk dealer. Quirk Chevy is notorious for not calling back as they've done it to me both in the sales and service department now quirk gmc does the same. Mr. Quirk doesn't want to sell cars unless you are padding pockets with huge down payments and going for the ride on below market trade values. No thanks I'm good no more quirky quirk dealerships for me , they can quirk their way to the bank on someone else's dime. Funny how I can go to another Chevy dealer today get an approval no money down and $2800 more for my trade. Watch your figures and paperwork before signing a deal at quirk they will take you for a free ride if you don't know how to drive . Your are now forewarned!!!! More

Worst Dealership! Don't buy from Quirk I purchased a (brand new) truck from this dealership a month ago. The night I was picking it up I noticed something on the door wasn't right so we as I purchased a (brand new) truck from this dealership a month ago. The night I was picking it up I noticed something on the door wasn't right so we asked the sales person what was. He said oh we can get that off just bring it back and we will have the body shop buff it out. I asked if it got hit on that door and he lied and said "No its just dirty". The next day I noticed more things wrong with the truck like the paint not matching along the right side of the truck and trim pieces missing, body lines not lining up and paint overspray. So I called and spoke to Steve O'brian the sales manager. I asked him what happened to the truck that caused all of this damage. He then preceded to tell me that the truck hit another truck in their lot but the body shop has made all the repairs. As I pointed out all the issues he did agree with me about the quality of those repairs and said he would have his bodyshop fix everything and that he wanted me to be a 100% satisfied. They kept the truck and two days later I got a call that the truck was perfect. I got to the dealership and looked over the truck. The paint repair was done with a crayon and the body lines and scratches where all still there. Steve AGAIN agreed with the poor repairs and asked if I would give them another chance to make it it right. I left the truck with them again for two more days and the results didn't change. And believe it or not Steve asked me once more to give the bodyshop one more chance to make it (right). I explain to him that I have lost all confidence in his body shop. So now I'm left with a "brand New" Truck that has already been in a accident, to a body shop multiple times and the truck is still not correct. Well I'm NOT 100 % satisfied Steve O'brian !!! WORST experience of my life. More
Buyer Beware - Worst Dealership in NH I purchased a 2015 Sierra Denali from Quirk. Initially I had a good experience with them, however when I started having an issue with my truck they p I purchased a 2015 Sierra Denali from Quirk. Initially I had a good experience with them, however when I started having an issue with my truck they proved to be very unprofessional to deal with. It seems that GM is having a major issue with vibration with their 2015 and 2016 vehicles. Both the dealer (Quirk) and GM are aware of this issue but refuse to resolve the issue for their customers. I purchase a $56,000 vehicle that has seats vibrating at 70+ miles per hour. After making a lot of phone calls, I ended up taking a couple new trucks for a test drive to potentially switch out my vehicle. The truck I drove (2015 and 2016) had the same if not worse issue. Finally went for a test drive the customer service rep and he mentioned that my truck was borderline and they won't do anything about it. I would recommend if you need to buy a GM truck, buy it from another dealer, otherwise I would consider going to Ford or Dodge for a more reliable product. More
Quirk does not Value their customers. Ultimately, my 2015 Sierra Denali has been experiencing excessive vibration at speed. Quirk made a very little attempt to resolve this issue. I later learned that GM is having issues with vibration of their new line of trucks and offering a buy back program to get their customers into a new truck. I have been working with a representative from GM to get support in working with the dealership. Quirk GMC on 3-different occasions, promised that they had vehicles coming in that I could test drive and then sold them and never called me. I mentioned this to the GM rep and she tried to call Quirk to understand what was happening. Quirk would not connect her with a manager and would not tell her when someone would get back to her. The GM rep suggested that I go to another dealer to get my issue resolved. I recommend that you do not buy a car from Quirk. Although they will be nice to you while you are buying your car, they will not help you resolve an issue when and if you have a problem with your car. More
