Dishonest Sales Manger I bought my first GMC truck from Quirk in 2012. Very pleasant experience. But 5 years later it went to crap. I went in for servicing, while I was the I bought my first GMC truck from Quirk in 2012. Very pleasant experience. But 5 years later it went to crap. I went in for servicing, while I was there I inquired about a lease. It sounded good especially with the $18,500.00 they offered for trade value on my 2012. When I returned home there was a mailer from Quirk offering me the chance to buy a new vehicle at employee discount pricing, at $10,883.00 off of the price, plus combined with all rebates and discount incentives and up to 130% market value for my 2012. Wow did it sound almost too good to be true. Well it was! That evening I went to Quirks web site and found the truck of my dreams. A 2017 SLT Double Cab Sierra 1500, priced at $49,345.00 and marked down to $41,450.00 with discounts and rebates. So I figured with that mark down along with the offer in the mailer it was a truck I could afford. The next day I received a text from a Quirk web sales person that sent me a link to a web site that could give me the market value of my 2012. Which was $19,040.00 trade value. ( my 2012 is in mint condition with only 49, 332 miles at that time). Well I headed to Quirk thinking I'd be coming home with my new truck at a price I could afford. Wrong again. The sales manger told me all discounts and rebate incentive were already figured in the employee discount. Even though that's not how the mailed read. Well he wrote up the sales quote I noticed my trade value was only $19,400.00, which seemed low to me. I inquired about that and the manger stated he gave me 112% mark up on my trade which made my trade value only $17,321.00. When asked he said that's all my trucks worth and that the web site His employee gave me was just an opinion. ( before I went to Quirks I checked 2 other web sites for trade value and both were close to the trade value his web site gave me. I was begging to suspect a con going on. But what killed the deal and made me realize I was being lied to was when I asked him if I could get my Military Discount. He stated he already applied that. Well I knew right then he wasn't being Honest ! I looked into what discounts were available and what was required to receive them. The Military discount you have to prove that you were in or retired from the Military. The dealer has to document that and the Military Price must be detailed on the buyers order. ( I never told my salesman or the manger I was a Veteran ). So to me the manger is just a Lying Car salesman. As much as I like and trusted my original salesman Jack I'll never do business there again. More

She showed me a truck based on listening to what I told her I was looking for and I was able to leave with a new Denali in less than 3 hours. The sales manager Steve and finance manager Jason also were very efficient and easy to work with. I would recommend making the trip to Quirk GMC and ask for Katelyn, a true professional. More
Service Dept. is not trustworthy. I have been going here for over 3 years and just this year (2017) have started to have problems with their service. First issue was they rotated my ti I have been going here for over 3 years and just this year (2017) have started to have problems with their service. First issue was they rotated my tires and said 2 of the lug nut covers broke when they removed them. they showed me the covers and it looked like the tech. stepped on them , they were flattened out. How dose that happen when they are stuck onto the lug? Second issue was 4X4 differential package where they said they remove the covers and clean the gears. After I spent over $250 for the service I asked how things looked, they said they could not tell because they vacuum out the oil and just add new. That was not what was quoted. The service manager was nice enough to do it over again they way they sold it to me but that required I lose another 4hrs. of my time to Quirk waiting. The final straw was replacing my AC compressor, made an appointment for 8:00AM and at 11:00Am I called to see how it was going. Now remember I ran over there at 7:30AM to drop off for an 8:00Am appointment, at 11:00Am they were just taking my vehicle in for service. I had made plans because they said earlier in the week it was a 3-4 hr job. I had to cancel my plans and at 3:00PM called to see if it was done. They said I might have to leave it because the shop was closing at 4:00PM and they might not get it done, no wonder they took it in 3hrs later than promised. On this visit they also told me on their 27 point inspection I had 7 mm left on my front brake pads. Mind you I have 157,000 miles on these pads. now just this week I went back for oil change and they suggested a brake job because I now have 3mm on the front pads. DO NOT TRUST the 27 POINT INSPECTION, it is useless. Unfortunately service has gone way down at Quirk in 2017:( : More
Brand new Denali!!! Saw a ad way lower that anyone else for a 1500 Denali. Was a little skeptical. Went in was met at the door by someone with a smile and a handshake. Was in and out in about 2 hours. Will be back to lease another one in three years! Thanks guys keep up the good work. Only thing that could be improved is you could have a little additional parking. Was really tight up front with no open spaces. More

My wife and I had our hopes to Upgrade to the Denali next year. When we showed up, that's the deal they had for us. A new 2017 Denali. They gave us a great trade in offer and reduced our monthly payments to the amount I was hoping for. The salesman Bernardo did a great job. No oversell needed. The quality of the truck spoke for.itself. More

After visiting a local dealer and not having much luck, I decided to make the 2 hour trip from Westhampton MA to Manchester NH. Zack showed me a number of trucks, they had many on the lot. I chose one that suited my needs which was a truck I had talked with them about, that I had seen on their website. Pricing was as discussed every part of the transaction was in keeping with my expectations. I experienced a comfortable purchase process, Zack was very helpful. Once I made the purchase Zack helped setup all of the electronic systems in the truck. Very happy with my purchase and the entire process with the staff at Quirk. More
Excellent experience. Zack was great, no pressure at all.. Although I did not get the truck I wanted, it was not the dealerships issue, it was GMC's offerings and programs for the month. Went to bat for the customer Had a situation where the glass broke on my gauge cluster (this is very rare). Had some miscommunication and some ups and downs in the beginning getting to the resolution. Again this was due to the rarity of the defect and what steps to take. GM was indicating that it might not be covered as a warranty item. When this was relayed to me i will admit i lost my cool. I was having an issue understanding why it wouldn't be covered. Miguel (Service Manager that was on duty that day works over at the Chevy Building) was the poor soul to deliver the information. This was on the weekend so we had to wait for the regular work week to talk to GM. I left in quite the hurry and not in a great mood. Zackary Josephs (Sales at GMC) spoke with me after and went back and talked to Miguel. They both were on the same page as me (although i wasn't willing to accept it at the time). Zackary made sure that i was calm, and in the end fully satisfied. Miguel spent the first part of the next week battling with GM on my behalf and inevitably got the part and labor covered. I brought my truck in early in the morning (expecting that job and a few others that we had to have done, oil, recall etc..) and they not only took care of everything, they got the work done quickly. I am beyond satisfied, not only with the work but more with the customer service displayed by both Zackary and Miguel. It is easy as a customer to become upset when you don't understand all the things these people have to do to satisfy what seems like a simple request. So thank you to both for putting up with me and going to bat for your customer, even when the customer has already lost their mind. More
