I started dealing with Chris Quinn, one of the owners sons, about 14 years ago and since then my wife and I have bought 4 new vehicles from him. I had never had any problems with any of these vehicles un sons, about 14 years ago and since then my wife and I have bought 4 new vehicles from him. I had never had any problems with any of these vehicles until the last Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it came the first time I needed service I found it completely lacking. Neither Cris nor his brother Adam showed any concern about the way their Service Department employees had failed miserably in doing their job and neither brother offered any apology or reimbursement for the extra expense they caused me. Losing me as a customer did not seem to bother them a bit. Be aware-it looks like if you are buying it is all rosy, but if you do have a problem that might need attention, so long, its been nice to know you! More
Worst service department ever. I took my car their because my AC wasn't cooling. I received a phone call saying it was my AC compressor and it would cost me over a $1000. I was charged $200 for noth because my AC wasn't cooling. I received a phone call saying it was my AC compressor and it would cost me over a $1000. I was charged $200 for nothing. Now every time I start my car my rear defrost blinks for a minute. My brother took the car to a shop and it was the excurator and cost me $73. When I called Quinn Motors and spoke to the service dept manager and told him what it was he said I had told him the AC wasn't cooling, and he thought it was the AC compressor. I asked why wasn't everything checked out first before going to the biggest most expensive item first. He had no response. More
Don’t Expect Finance Dept Help Called Quinn’s Finance Dept (our closest DodgeDealer) for help with our Expiring Dodge lease. You would think they would realize there would be a new Called Quinn’s Finance Dept (our closest DodgeDealer) for help with our Expiring Dodge lease. You would think they would realize there would be a new car sale in the transaction. The Finance Dept offered zero help with a condensing attitude so we moved on to the next Dodge dealer. More
Great experience! Everyone from the dealership - Our salesman (Adam) to the Finance Manager (Mike) took care of us like we were one of their own. There was no haggling or any of the nonsense that you w salesman (Adam) to the Finance Manager (Mike) took care of us like we were one of their own. There was no haggling or any of the nonsense that you would normally expect at a dealership. They didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. Everything was explained to us in full and no detail was left out. Adam made sure that we knew what was going on, when our Jeep arrived from the factory with a problem. He phoned every day to keep me up to date. Once the dealership got the problem resolved and we went to pick up the Jeep, Adam explained all the features of the Jeep and made sure that we knew how to use them. If you are in the market for a new Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep I would STRONGLY recommend paying this dealership a visit. They made the whole buying process easy and fast and there was none of that waiting around and wasting time that I've had in the past at other dealerships. We were told that our Jeep would be in in approximately 6 - 8 weeks and it was delivered within that time. The Quinn family has definitely made me a customer forever! i have NEVER experienced just a NICE time buying a vehicle... until Quinn!!! More
Worst Dodge Parts center in the country. Visiting from Idaho and needed a part for my Dodge. Parts lady made me feel like I was a burden just being there, and since I don't have the last 8 of my VIN numb Idaho and needed a part for my Dodge. Parts lady made me feel like I was a burden just being there, and since I don't have the last 8 of my VIN number memorized (Dodge broke down on highway, hitched a ride and didn't bring my vin with me). Well, since I don't have my vin, she cannot help me. No way no how. She is rude, condescending and slow. She didn't Had to rent a car and go to Quinn Motors at West Point. Parts man easily pulled up a diagram and was able to find the part I needed. Even better, the vehicle is under warranty and they arranged the tow, gave me a loaner and made the repair by the next day. When I described my situation and experience at Quinn motors in Gloucester, they all laughed and knew exactly who I was talking about and that she is their best salesman for parts since she runs off so many customers from the Gloucester location. Several salesmen were polite and friendly and the service lady was also nice. Parts lady must hate life and her job and has no business being in the service industry. The parts department was dark, dingy and unorganized. The service center looked clean and organized from what I could see. Not many cars on the lot, more used than new. More
I've purchased two trucks (Dakota & Ram) from this dealership and I have been happy with the price both times. Ownership of the dealership has changed recently (mid 2006) and I am concerned about the dealership and I have been happy with the price both times. Ownership of the dealership has changed recently (mid 2006) and I am concerned about the additional cost for the processing fee (now $199 instead of $99) and some inflexibility on pricing that was evident the first time I purchased a truck. I figured, for a return customer, that I'd have been more rewarded for being a return customer - I hope they work on this part. If I buy two or three vehicles from a dealership, I feel that I should be entitled to a better price than someone who has never purchased one. I think they gave me a good deal with add-ons (running boards and spray-in liner). My salesman was awesome! I came in over a period of a year and I test drove a Charger, a Dakota (two different trim lines), and a RAM and my salesman never used high-pressure sales tactics; I so appreciated this. Jim was very informed of the product line, helpful but not overbearing, patient, and delivered everything he promised. I will never use another salesman again (if I can help it). Just a nice guy and he does not try to stiff you with unneeded add-ons. Now that I've purchased two vehicles, I've also been able to meet both sales managers. Believe it or not, I liked them both. You might think I work for this dealership or something (I don't), it's just that I've bought numerous new vehicles over the years (around 10) and I certainly can judge when people are trying to stiff me and when they are actually listening to what I say. All-in-all I'm very happy with my purchase although I wish I could have taken advantage of employee pricing + rebate + great interest rate + free extended warranty but...can't have my cake and eat it too. :-) Lastly, because I purchased a vehicle previously, I can say that the service at this dealership is good. Sometimes there is a problem with getting the vehicle in quickly but they have "never" pressured me into something I don't need. If you're in the market for a Dodge/Chrysler, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. Again, with the new owner I'm a little leery but as long as the salesman (Jim Bock), sales managers, and service manager remain intact, I'll continue to frequent Quinn Motors. More
