After a questionable experience the last time I was in the service center, I was contacted by Emeily who wanted to make it right. She went above and beyond to be sure that I was taken care of and I couldn the service center, I was contacted by Emeily who wanted to make it right. I would have given a 5-Star rating but they forgot to reset the oil change light. I had to spend some time online looking for the appropriate fix. It was an easy fix but I didn't have to do it. Our car was recalled and we needed an oil change. Emily set up our appointment for the same week. Once we arrived the staff was courteous, we were checked in by Caesar and Chad, they even provided shuttle set up our appointment for the same week. Once we arrived the staff was courteous, we were checked in by Caesar and Chad, they even provided shuttle service! It took about 20 minutes to check in and 3 hours to get the car back.
