Not only did I get screwed with prices and rates, but I got screwed by a car that has been nothing but a headache while only owning it for less than 2 months. I've had to put in 500$ (after warranty coverage) into the vehicle. After the fact I had to bring the car into to queens on 3 different occasions for "service ", when I always got it back with more problems. And when I called today after being put on hold for close to an hour and being tranferred all around, I explain to the GM Ray my problems and all I get is "I'm liestening but there's nothing I can do about it" with a small chuckle. He and all of his emoyees have not been accomadating at all. Be SMART and do not buy from here, it's a munch of lying city xxxx. More

After two hour drive the sales person named "L.S." refused to sell me the ca We saw a 2008 Porsche Cayenne on Autotrader.com advertised for $13,980. After two hour drive the sales person named "L.S." refused to sell me the car for the advertised amount. So I asked to speak with his manager who he reluctantly introduced. "Dean" the manager calmly took my facts and went to speak to o"another manager". When he came back he insisted that the advertised price is only valid after I make a $2,000 down payment on top of $13,980. So this is the essence of my visit, but all the B.S. that I had to listen to was simply idiotic. I.e. "hey, we are in Brooklyn, you cannot buy it in cash. You need to finance so we get our kick back at the end. That's how we make our money. We do not mark up our cars a single dollar, I swear" (quote by the sales guy L.S.)...and much more! I wished them a good day and left but L.S. was too rude to accept my good-by handshake! More

Communication is lacking... No effort to provide information I was very interested in a car, had cash in hand and ready to do business on a car that seamed like a good deal. Unfortunately, the pictures that wer I was very interested in a car, had cash in hand and ready to do business on a car that seamed like a good deal. Unfortunately, the pictures that were posted on the internet were less than adequate. I made several attempts and spoke with multiple people and explained my situation. I live almost two hours away, and I was willing and ready to drive up there... HOWEVER, I just needed to confirm that the car fax they posted was correct for the VIN number of the car. The CarFax they had posted said it had 2 owners and zero accidents. Before I spent the money on purchasing my own car fax, I needed BETTER pictures because it looked like the car may have some significant blemishes across the whole hood (it looked like paint dulling or the clear coat was etched), also it looked like either a dent in the quarter paned or a funky reflection. I explained to both Bonita and Mercy that I was not interested in any vehicle that was not in "excellent' condition, and that I would be disappointed if I traveled the two hours to their store to find a banged up car; in which case I would not purchase it. I needed clearer pictures to justify purchasing my own CarFax for the car before I traveled up (trust but verify). Instead, I kept getting pictures sent to me that were the same pics already posted on the website. I kept asking and re-stating WHAT and WHY I needed; but kept getting the same thing. I finally told Mercy it was obvious they did not read any of my requests, and either couldn't understand or didn't care to take the time to give me the information that I needed. her response was "...all the pictures we have are what is online". HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE A CELL PHONE PIC OF THE HOOD AND TEXT IT TO ME! From there I lost interest in the car, and sealed the fate for this company with respect to my business. I'll NEVER go with these guys unless they are giving away the car. And even then, probably not! More

THE WORST PLACE TO GO BUY A CAR. I came to buy a car from them...and i lived in ct...1.5 hours away, i came with then intention to buy the car, i come there the car isnt ready and the I came to buy a car from them...and i lived in ct...1.5 hours away, i came with then intention to buy the car, i come there the car isnt ready and the seller jay was the worst and their finance manager got fired cuz he must have been some stupid idiot...they treated me as if i came to waste their time and had no consideration for anything...they tell me while im doing paper work the car will be pulled out, so i said ok, 45 mins later no one did xxxx, they were all xxxxing horrible and i would never go there again...i came for the car and spend money and its like they judge me by what i wear just because im not buying a xxxx bmw or,mercedez.....ON TOP OF THAT, THE GOD xxxx STORE MANAGER TRIED TO BRIBE ME WITH $100 to write a good review. You people are the worst and i will make sure i let people know how much of a bad dealership you are.....u dont care for your customers. Your service sucks xxx...if i could give u a -5 i would because it was that bad like im 1.5 xxxxing hours away why couldnt u get the car ready. Different prices then what is announced I found a car thru auto trader.com , Called , made sure the car was available . Travelled 1 hour to get there , when i got there , the announced price of $10980 jumped to almost $18000 ! they said to get the price of $10980 i had to finance! on top of that i had to put $2000 down on top totaling $12980! Real scam advertising. Don't be fooled! Its not worth it and the quality of their cars are super low anyways. More
Please Avoid the delearship You will see cheaper price online but the real price is 2000 more on each vehicle . For E.g. If you like any car for $20K online but on table you need You will see cheaper price online but the real price is 2000 more on each vehicle . For E.g. If you like any car for $20K online but on table you need to add $2k more so final price is $22k before tax & tags . No one allowed for test drive any car until you approved for the finance . All used car machine was rusting & without any detailing. Please don't waste you hard working money to Queens auto mall. Prefer to pay few thousands more to other reputed dealer with peace of mind. Their salesmen RAY was nasty, rude & abusing person. Their online lower price is just to attract people to their place but you will be surprise their real color when you visit them . Please avoid this dealership . More
