Damaged cars and weak sales team After several calls and chats via their website, I made a trip into the "dealership." Upon entering, most of the employees were eating, so I browsed o After several calls and chats via their website, I made a trip into the "dealership." Upon entering, most of the employees were eating, so I browsed on my own. After a few minutes a nice guy approached me asking if I needed help. I answered yes, and he passed me onto a "salesman." I told this individual about a particular car I was looking for and asked if it was available. He had me follow him back and fourth into several buildings looking for the car, with no success. He brought me back into the showroom and asked me to wait. About 25 mins later he returned with a picture of the car and said it was damaged. He made a poor effort trying to show me a few other cars, each damaged in their own way. Anything from scuffed bumpers to check engine lights on to cracked marker lens. The cars that appear in showroom condition are priced above market. Bottom line. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME More

She was just the best. very polite and well informed. Made sure I had all the correct paperwork to get my financing done and wouldn't have to make a second trip. Also gave me a few options so I didn't feel closed in on one car. Miss Sue called me and made sure I had directions and everything. I originally thought I would be With dealing Miss Sue. I was disappointed at first. But my salesman Ray took over where she left off. Really made my car buying experience one of my bests, better than I anticipated. Ray was patient with me as I took my time to choose a car. He knows his stuff. Over all a great experience. My brother turns 18 soon and we definitely will be visiting queens auto to get another vehicle. I love my Chrysler 300C More

Once I got there, they told me they would have to run my 10/14/17, Stop by to see the 2014 BMW 535i-xDrive, which was advertised on line for $25,950. Once I got there, they told me they would have to run my credit in order for me to test drive the car. Then run number and then test drive. They also informed me that the price of the car was $31,000, not the $25,950 that was listed on the internet. NOT A GOOD WAY TO GET A NEW CUSTOMER. I really was interested in that car. Oh well I will take my credit and my money else where. Sales person Marc was nice but the dealership was not. More

Scam. Lied to me at leastX. Drove 109 miles each way. Told me the car was there.ready to see. No in workshop. Told me I could drive the car. NO! told me I could pay cash. Said it was on finance only.
