Kudos to Shondell Martin, Ray, and Michael who made the transaction in purchasing the vehicle smooth. To the three of you...I will give you 5/5 rating. Keep up the good work. But for our overall experience I will only give 4/5 because today 8/2/18 you were off (Shondell ) what we agreed were done only after we pointed out that it was not done. ...so instead of just to pick up the vehicle our time of waiting was prolonged but there's always a room for improvement.
