Had something scheduled for months with two very clear reasons to get the work done. First was done flawlessly, second was not completed and now I have to come back for a third time. I was disappointed when I asked for the copy of my multipoint inspection report and I was told the mechanic didn't fill it out. The next day after having my oil changed, I found a puddle of oil in my multipoint inspection report and I was told the mechanic didn't fill it out. The service department employees are courteous. I brought my car in to have some interior trim fixed. When I got the car back, they said it was fixed. It was not even touched.
