I went in to have my car serviced and when I came back they told me they replaced the rack pinon, and it was free as the car was on warranty. Less then six months later, when my car was no longer on warra they told me they replaced the rack pinon, and it was free as the car was on warranty. Less then six months later, when my car was no longer on warranty, my car was making horrible clanking noises. I took it two three different mechanics and was told it was making noises as the casing around the rack pinion was not put together correctly. I took my car back to Quebedeaux, as they state they warranty their work. First I was told they do not touch the casing....later I was told there was no way when they DID touch the casing, that it could have been put back on incorrectly. Then they told me I owed $41, for them took look at the car. I left with an estimate of over $800 for a job I didn't authorize or ask to be done, which was done incorrectly and ended in extreme damage. They are incompetent. They are liars and do not back their work. More
