Arrived 745am with right front tire leaking. Also, I said check the right rear, it was low before I aired it up. It took hours to find tire. I was informed they would call back; one day later, I've heard nothing. Bottom line, do not get suckered into buying their tire warranty, it's not worth it. After one tire failure, get rid of all the tires and go with Discount Tire and their warranty, use the other 3 as spares. More

Arrived at 1:50 pm for 2:00 oil change appt. At 3:30 I asked why my truck had not been pulled into the building yet. They pulled it in about 3:35. I will not detail my verbiage as it was not good, since I had been there the whole time, in the waiting area, 10' from the service writers, separated by a glass partition. Went to leave and the truck had 6 locations of grease on it including bumper, hood, both fenders and the side step. This truck is new with 3500 miles and the performance from start to finish was totally unacceptable. More

I’m constantly reminded by the staff at how busy they are. I’ve been flexible when I call for an oil change, even offering to leave the vehicle over night. I feel as though I’ve become an imposition.
