I took my Terrain in for a problem with my sun roof. It needed a new track. The sun roof is still having issues. The sun roof shade and head liner are dirty form the work done. There is also sticky residue on the top of car, side of car and inside the doors. these are just a few of the issues. My 2020 Terrain was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it. i spoke to a manager and he assured me it would be fixed. Three weeks later I still have not heard back saying they have a loaner car so I can take mine in yet again. Very disappointed in the service I received. I really expected a higher standard from GMC. More

I take my car to get serviced, I pay for the part. Yet they “fixed it” but they don’t know what else is wrong with the car since the stabilitrak light is still on. I would think since they are the service center they would know what’s wrong with my car. That light popped up a month after buying the car and they just don’t know what else to do to fix it. It’s so annoying, this service center is really one of the worst service centers I have ever been to. More
After my 2021 Encore was totaled, I returned to the dealer to get another car. The salesman was very helpful and I got a 2019 Jeep. They cannot supply a loaner because of car shortages. I cannot afford to rent a car while my Jeep is in shop. There seems to be no help from the service department. This is the third vehicle I bought from the dealer and now they won't work with me. More

This was the second oil change on my new 2021 Canyon AT4. I was very happy with the first, but this time I was a little disappointed. I made an appointment to bring it in at 1 p.m. and did not get out the I was very happy with the first, but this time I was a little disappointed. I made an appointment to bring it in at 1 p.m. and did not get out the dealership until after 3:30 p.m. which seemed a bit excessive for an oil change and tire rotation. There were several others in the waiting room who had been waiting longer. To make matters worse, I was ten miles down the road when I noticed that my tire sensor was in error. Apparently, they did not reset it after the rotation was done. I called back in and let them know and they asked me to bring it back the next day, a 45 minute drive each way for me. The next morning, when I restarted my truck, the error message had cleared, but all of my tire pressures were low, below 32 psi. I was disappointed they the service tech had not check my tire pressures or reset the sensor after doing the rotation. Sloppy work. I know that things get backed up and quality suffers. I will give the service department another chance when my next service is due and will hopefully be pleased again. I put a lot of miles on my trucks and usually swap them out after about three years. I would love to continue my relationship with this dealership for years to come. I hope things change. Thanks for the follow-up. Dennis More
