Customer service was ok. Salesman was always busy with other customers because he knew I was set on the used vehicle I found online so I wasn’t going anywhere. He was very responsive but left me waiting two hours just to meet with financing which finished up close to 8pm. I did not have enough time to fully inspect the vehicle, but once home, I noticed trash in the way back. An empty box, a carton of water with a few full bottles, a receipt and a wrapper in the front. I feel the experience could have went a lot better if salesman wouldn’t try to hustle so hard and juggle multiple customers at once. More

made a deal with sales man went and spoke with finance guy i signed for the amount we agreed on . 1 week later i get a call saying they can no longer do this and payment has to go up. 2 weeks after fighti guy i signed for the amount we agreed on . 1 week later i get a call saying they can no longer do this and payment has to go up. 2 weeks after fighting and dealing with it i get told x dollar amount is the best they can do and forced me to get gap insurance or they couldnt do it . will make sure to tell others about this terrible experience. i ended up signing because they took my truck as trade in and i cant keep dealing with the problem of them going back on a deal. but i recommend to stay away from this place unless you want to be forced into somthing.
